    I have tried contacting Premium DNA Toys numerous times over the last year and they finally responded in February at which time they said an update was coming soon. I asked for a refund at the time and they said its against their pre-order policy. Well that was 5 months ago and we still dont have an update. I paid over $200 for their Wave 2 of Madballs figures that were supposed to be delivered June 2024, which is over 1 year ago!! I have read where they have a history of stealing peoples money by not delivering the items that customers paid for in advance. Now its been several years since I paid over $200 and I have nothing to show for it. Im not sure what to do since its been too long to file a dispute with my credit card company. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company *** ever dealt with. These complete losers have stolen thousands of dollars from customers and they should be in jail because they are CRIMINALS. I guess I need to contact the police to see if I can get them arrested for taking money from customers without delivering the goods. I guess I need a lawyer too. They are complete garbage and I would warn people against ever giving them money again.

    2 toys were ordered for me as a birthday gift from my mother and wife around late February 2024. We have not received to items ordered, a refund or an explanation. We were robbed by this company. Never order anything from this company. Complete scam!

    Terrible company. Pre ordered some figures over two years ago. They keep ignoring communication and give no updates on status. Over $300 for absolutely nothing.There were supposed to be cards shipped with the figuresthese cards have now been sold to another company, meaning PDNA has no intent in fulfilling their end of the deal. I want my money back from these scammers!
