    I pre-ordered Garbage Pail Kids action figures January 2022 and they have not shipped as of June 2025. Emails to the company and messages to their social media accounts have gone unanswered. I’d like the order fulfilled or a $100 refund.

    On May 23, 2022, I preordered an item (Earthworm Jim collectible figure) but have yet to receive the item more than two years later. The company has done very little communication with its customers and has kept us in the dark as to when this item will be shipped. It was originally slated for 2023 yet was delayed to 2024. As of this writing (10/22/24), I have yet to receive the item. I contacted the company (***********************) twice in the last few weeks to cancel and receive a refund for my item (Order #**** - $48.99) but have never received a response. Their website is also currently "Under Construction" at ******************. I hope that the BBB will be able to help me with this issue.

    Pre-ordered one Earthworm Jim figure and one accessory head pack. Item has been delayed many times and the seller stopped responding some months ago. Obviously I need the items I paid for or an immediate refund. I will be contacting my state attorney general as well, regardless of the outcome of this resolution. Such business tactics should be outlawed.

    On October 14, 2023 I purchased 4 GPK Classic Wave 1- Complete set of 4 dolls from Premium DNA Toys for $220.96, order number ****. I have yet to receive my product. I have contacted the company by email several times inquiring about the status of my order, I have been told twice not to worry, and that the order should be ready by Q2 2024 . I asked what Q2 meant, and then would receive no response. The rest of my inquiries have gone unanswered. On 9/16/2024, I asked for a refund since I have not heard anything about the product and when to expect it. My request has gone unanswered. I am hoping that the Better Business Bureau will help me solve this situation. At this point, I am no longer interested in this product and would like a full refund. My money should not be considered a donation to this company, it was for a product that was never received.

    The business committed to provide adult collectible action figures.

    The nature of the dispute is the company will not provide the product and always has an excuse in every email.

    The has not tried to resolve the dispute other than lie. The product has supposedly been on the boat from China for months and months.

    I paid for these in January 2022. It was a preorder with a delivery date scheduled for later that year. 2 years later I have received nothing and pay off the promised items to be included have recently been offered for sale by another company. This shows my Premium DNA has no plan to follow through with my orders

    I preordered an item in January of 2022. I did not know that I would be charged an actual amount, as typically the amount charged is when the item ships. However, they charged the full amount of $391.96. They indicated that the items were preparing to ship, They never shipped the items. Then I reached back out for a refund and I was told, they would be shipping soon. I even contacted them for a refund after a while and claimed their policy is no refunds on a sale. However, this was not a sale, it was a preorder, not a sale. also never received anything and has been two calndar years. I kept being told they are going to ship out at a later date. I have now been waiting two years for the item and keep being told, they are coming at a later date. Please help me obtain a refund. I cannot believe these people are doing this to many people.
