      Cancelled home internet for my sick elderly parent on September 8, 2023 over the phone and they requested we return equipment within 30-days. We drove 30 minutes one way to return a router that we learned we actually owned. An employee, on the company's own admission, entered an incorrect monthly code that charged my elderly father $9.95 every month for 17-months. My elderly father paid a total of $169.15 which he should have never been billed. The company was suppose to mail the refund by the 20th of the month, with the billing cycle, according to ******. We have called 10-31-23 and the manager, *****, is now saying the check won't be mailed until November 20th. Account number *********.

      I spoke with *********************** on Oct 31st at 1:25pm.   I explained the reasoning the refund check would be sent out on November 20th 2023. The refund amount to the customer will receive is $169.15.I checked again with accounting this morning and the refund is on the report for a check processed to be sent.  It was an unfortunate error of charging the rental fee.  CentraCom will always monetarily credit any issues or mistakes to our customers.

      I cancelled my service with them and they continue to bill me for a modem rental. I do not have a modem to rent and did not agree to pay for the modem. Centracom has not provided me with proof in a contract that I agreed to pay endlessly for a modem or to pay for a modem once my service was terminated. I would like a refund for the money I spent on a lease of a modem and no longer be charged for something I don't have.

      ******************** disconnect services with CentraCom on June 20th 2023. ************************ billing statement reflects a credit for services prorated from the 20th of June 2023.

      ******************** was informed of returning the Ubiquity modem he was renting from CentraCom. The **************** Representative gave ******************** the address to mail the Modem to CentraCom. The log notes stated ******************** would mail modem to CentraCom.

      The only charge ******************** received on his August billing statement was for the unreturned modem of $80.00.

      ******************** was sent a demand letter on Sept 7, 2023 informing of payment due for the unreturned modem.

      ********************************* a payment for the unreturned modem on Sept 26 2023.
