      I'd leave zero stars if I could. Look for an alternate solution for your internet service provider. My service has been down for a month, and they have no intention on fixing in the near future. But luckily (for them) I'm still required to pay my monthly bill because they require a service contract when you sign up. As soon as my contract expires I'm choosing another ISP.

      ***** ******* We received one ticket from ******. IT **** placed a call to the customer who was not on site. A trouble was sent over to our dispatch, who created a trouble and sent to the area field technician.We have no other calls or tickets previously received for this customer. Protocol was followed correctly. ZCORUM Ticket (only received this one, no others)2/28/2025, 8:54:16 AM Person spoken with: ***** The customer reports that his ******************** has been down for a month. The customer is unable to connect on all of his devices. The customer is not at the location for troubleshooting. The customer was at the location a couple of weeks ago and a technician was supposed to come. He waited for a technician and the technician never showed up. The location is not the customer's residence but a secondary location. The customer is showing as active in AM. I informed the customer that I would escalate his ticket to the business office. The customer thanked me and the call was ********** callback number: ************ Trouble sent to Dispatch 2/28/2025 @ 9:09am ***** ******* might be calling back at some point. He says he has been without service for a month. From what i could find his equipment has been online but the router has not been linking. He is a very frustrated customer. I let him know we can do a scheduled appointment for a tech to go out, he is going out of town so is trying to find someone to meet the tech there. I just wanted to let you guys know so when he calls back he can go to dispatch to schedule a time.Field Tech Notes when ticket cleared on 3/3/2025 ***** and I went to his property on Friday. The driveway had not been plowed and showed no signs of traffic. We rebooted the dish and the network light stayed off after the reboot. I unplugge the surge protector at the dish and found 1 rj45 connector was chared. We replaced the surge protector and the connector and network linked. I verified with ***** that she could see his equipment. I called *****, he did not answer and I left him a message to call me back.
