    I purchased a cellulite removal device online on 7/13/22, and only received an email confirming the order. Never received the item, got a shipping confirmation or anything. I tried emailing them multiple times with no response and calling them and their number is disconnected. This is a total scam!

    I ordered the olivi device in July 2022. My credit card was charged however I still have not received my device and it is now October 29 2022. This is fraudulent activity and theft.

    I placed an order for the Olivi ultrasonic massager, 3 in 1 EMS slimming massager for $99.00, (2) Hyaluronic Acid Ginseng Slimming fat burning cream for $14.99 with a discount of $25.80 and free shipping. My total was $103.18 and paid with credit card. I received a confrimation email with the order details. I placed the order on 6/21/22 order number 6962. After two weeks of not receiving the product I called the corporate office number at ###-###-#### and only received a voicemail, I left a message. No return call. I then sent a message through their contact us page. I also sent an email to [email protected]. I never received a call, message or the product but I did pay the amount of $103.18. I would like my money back. I'm very unhappy with this company! I believe they may be a fraud.

    I ordered an Olivi Ultrasonic from the website as I heard about this product in magazines. Their wesite is getolivi.com. I ordered it on July 4, 2022. I received a confirmation email from them. I was charged $79.20. I have yet to receive my order. I emailed them 4xs and when I call, their 800 # which is on their website ###-###-####, it is disconnected. This is a scam!

    On 7/23/22, I placed an order on their website getolivi.com and received a confirmation email with my order # stating that it was received and was being processed. I have yet to receive any tracking information or shipping confirmation and have sent several emails inquiring about the order and have gotten no response. I’ve tried calling their customer service number and was never able to speak to someone. I left messages with my information and have not heard back and now when I call the customer service line it states the number is not in service ###-###-####. The money has been deducted from my checking account and the website is still up and taking new orders.

    I ordered July 21, 2022 a ultra handheld piece and gel. I never received a tracking number. I have sent numerous emails and called numerous telephone numbers that appears to be out of service. My order number *****. I would like to have my money refunded as this company seems to be fake or very unprofessional. Either way I am not hearing anything back through email. Please help to resolve this by me receiving my total amount refunded immediately. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

    I ordered a product from this company on July 7th 2022, and never received my order. I received an email saying thank you for your order with an order number. I've tried calling but the number is out of service.

    I purchased an ultrasonic cavitation device on 7/5/22 and received one email regarding the order. It was a confirmation order with the order number and payment information. I have reached out to the company 3 to 4 times since then and have heard nothing back. I used their online option, email, and phone number, and have heard nothing back. Today I attempted to call their corporate number and it said that the number was no longer functioning.

    I purchased olivi ultrasonic cavitation on 7/13/22. I was told via receipt that I would be notified when it shipped. There was no mention of expected delays. I have sent numerous emails and “contact us” forms without response. I tried calling the numbers on the website and google and both don’t work. I would like a refund. I’m starting to think this business is a scam.

    I purchased Olivi product online on 7/12/22. This is an at-home product for skin tightening. I got an email stating my order was received (order number ****) but nothing else; no shipping confirmation and no item arrived. Price was $79.20. I have gotten no replies after multiple emails asking for the status of my purchase. The phone number listed is disconnected. I want my money back.
