    DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! I saw this ad on instagram and I bought the device on August 24th and they promptly charged my credit card. It is Sept 12th and still I have nothing!They do not respond to my email inquiring about my order and the phone number on the website is not in service and the phone number shown on my credit card is someone else's!!How is it possible that these people get away with this?? My credit card is looking into it and I am hoping to get a credit on my account soon, This website needs to be shut down!

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I agree with the other reviews here. I ordered this product on 7/12/22. They sent me an email confirming my order AND they took my money. I have called them and emailed them with no response AND I have not received the product. I am out $153.99. I see in part of my order an item I did not put in my order (that cost an extra $40.00).Thank you BBB - I see business address here; I plan to send them a letter. They do not answer calls of Emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

    ZERO would be accurate...I purchased my products 7/20/22 and Olivi immediately withdrew the funds from my account and then sent one email confirming my order but not saying that it shipped. I still have ZERO confirmation of it being shipped, ZERO products, ZERO replies to my emails and ZERO replies to my phone messages, the only phone number I've found for them goes directly to a voice-mail saying to leave a message and they will get back with you...THEY DONT! I feel this is a scam, a real company would reply with an explanation if they were behind or under employed, a good LEGIT business would EXPLAIN themselves. Now I'm out almost $100 and I see from previous reviews that this is exactly how they do business. How is this even legal and why can't they're website be shut down!!!???

    There is no option for ZERO stars otherwise that is what I would give it. They took my money and I never received a product. They never answered the phone never returned my calls and never replied back to my emails ( I sent about 20 of them ) I am still waiting for a refund that I have requested through email. I am currently reporting them to the BBB!
