I received a collections letter from a separate company stating I owed Utah imaging associates $11. I thought that was strange because I pay my medical bills, and I've never been sent to collections. When calling Utah imaging associates to discuss the bill they sent to collections they gave me the name of a different collections agency than what I had on the letter I received. They also gave me an amount that didn't match the letter I received. When I inquired about the services I was told it was for services performed 4 months ago. I haven't received a bill, an email, or a call from this group notifying my I owe anything. When looking at reviews for the business you can see this is the experience of nearly every other person who has interacted with this particular group of scum. The call center they sent me to is also in India, which doesn't inspire confidence or make me want to hand over my credit card number to pay for something I never received a bill for in the first place.

The business practices of Utah imaging associates need to be investigated if 100% of their reviews are experiencing the same issue. It's a dirty and extortionate practice.

I had a MRI of my knee read by a radiologist at this company. They wrongfully entered my insurance information. I called and gave them the correct information yet they still billed me the wrong amount and then sent me to collections instead of correcting it. This is organized extortion. Knowingly not correcting a patients information and then strong-arming them into paying through a collections agency.

I have been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in November of 2021. A scan was done in the emergency room at North Davis Hospital in November of 2021, and a scan at Ogden Regenal Hospital in December of 2021. Both places have assured me that I have zero balance due. I started recently receiving collections from Clear Management Solutions, saying I owed Utah Imaging Associates. I started to pay these collections because I thought it was my duty to fulfill my obligations. As I started to get more and more of these collections I had never received a bill for these collections. I started to question what they were billing me. I asked my Oncologist, the Hospital in Layton and Ogden. These are the only places I have been for service since I have been diagnosed. They all thought that it was odd that my collections from Clear Management Solutions were receiving so many smaller amounts in such an increase in billing and billing amounts. I have been reading the reviews for Utah Imaging Associates and understand that they have total incompetence for resolving their issues. I am 59 years old and being taken advantage of and don't want my wages garnished for not paying these bills for services I have not used. Thank you for your time on this matter. Looking forward to hearing back from you. I will still keep trying to figure out what I can through my insurance and Utah Imaging Associates???
