  Would leave negative stars if possible. We were sent to collections after never receiving a bill from them. When I try to call to rectify the issue I get passed along to different robots and am not able to speak to a real person. With all the ****** reviews (over 107) stating the exact same situation I am dealing with, I can't believe these scammers are in business.

  My wife was involved in a serious car accident and taken to the emergency room at ******************. She was seen by Utah Imaging Associates. There is a lot of confusion between car insurance, health insurance, ambulance service and the myriad separate service providers who all bill seperately. 6 months after the accident we received a letter from Express Recovery Services demanding payment. No other bill had been received, no phone call, just straight to collections. Every other bill had been taken care of by car insurance, health insurance or from our deductible. All attempts to call went to voicemail. Every call to Express recovery services is answered by "This is an attempt to collect a debt". Setting up a payment resulted in high interest charges. Then after settling the bill and receiving a paid in full letter, another demand letter from Express Recover Services for a bill from Utah Imaging Associates came under a different account number for a different amount. Having to go to the emergency room for a car accident is an insurance and billing nightmare that appears to have been designed by mentally handicapped monkeys. Utah Imaging Associates has been the most offensive and unprofessional medical practice I have ever encountered.

  I did not choose to work with this business, but had no say in the matter because my healthcare provider used their service. They did imaging on my son when he had severe abdominal pain. Two months after the service, I received a letter saying that they were sending me to collections. The collection **** was not in my name, but in my son's, and no attempt to contact me was made prior to the collection notice. No bill. No phone call. No email. Just a collection notice. First, I am shocked that they took such drastic action after only 2 months since the service. Second, I could not contact them directly to voice my concern because I was only allowed to talk to the collection agency. I wish I could choose to never use them again, but people need to be aware of their terrible service.
