      My obligations do not extend to the purported indebtedness associated with KNIGHT ADJ.In alignment with the stipulations of the Uniform Commercial Code, I am bereft of any contractual ties to the collection entity KNIGHT ADJ. ************* they have yet to furnish me with the foundational contract that ostensibly substantiates my indebtedness to them. The absence of comprehensive ledger accounting further undermines the veracity of their claims.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I never signed a contract to do business with knight adjustment bureau. And if I did I will need a copy of that contract as well as I will need a full forensic audit on the account showing all payment history where it came from where it went proof that I received any goods or money from the alleged account. I will also need the status of the account before ******************** bought the supposed debt. And I will need all of this sent to me through the ************* postal service.

      So you just admitted you do not have a contract with me, your contract with this company has nothing to do with me and I am not liable for the debt. Like I have said the last 2 messages;

      I am not liable for this debt , I do not have a contract with Knight Adjustment Bureau. They did not provide me with the original contract as i requested and have now admitted they dont have one. Please make the correction to my credit report, I demand this account be removed from my credit report.

      Knight Adjustment is reporting a debt on my credit file that I do not owe. I recently checked my credit and noticed this debt on my credit file, I called Immediately and paid the debt off. Knight Adjustment continues to report and update on a monthly basis with inaccurate information. I would like Knight Adjustment to remove/fix this debt on my credit. This debt is not owed.

      Knight Adjustment Bureau (KAB) is a third-party collection agency that collects on accounts assigned by the client.KAB report accounts as collection accounts on the credit report with the original creditor listed. KAB reports on the credit as a collection agency account with the original creditor listed as such. Because of these guidelines,KAB does not remove accounts from any of these reporting agencies. *** was assigned the account in question on August 14, 2019. KAB sent the consumer a letter about the account and waiting a reasonable time to receive a notice of undeliverability before reporting to the credit agencies. The consumer was spoken to on the phone, and therefore it was assumed they knew about the account.
