    ******************* withholding deposit and falsifying damage.Moved in with dirty carpets. Lived in home 7 years and had yearly carpet cleanings and cleaning at move out. They waited 43 days to respond and trying to charge for carpets that are beyond useful life.

    I have been through all the records we have on every property that we are managing and we have no record of a **** **** ever occupying any of our properties.   I have searched with the name **** ****, the provided email address, the phone number, as well as any applications we may have received and none of those register anywhere in our records.     We have never had any dealings with this consumer.  If he can provide some kind of documentation proving that he had a contract with us and lived in one of our properties we would be more than happy to address the concerns raised and work through the process together.
