      We have been going to this business for 40 plus years. We buy punch passes every year. Our teenager bought a new pass when he went last. He tried to use it again tonight and they told him he could not use it, he could only use it Monday- Thursday. Not one single time have we ever bought a pass have they said this to us. They did not mention to him at any time that the pass they sold him was a Monday-Thursday pass. We do not live close by and we would be using it on weekends only. He went all the way over to this place tonight and the kids behind the counter refused to let him in. They wanted to charge him $36 to get in even though he had bought a pass. He asked for the phone number so his dad could call and ask about it and they refused to give him their number. He said my dad wants to talk to a manager so they said we will call a manager. A girl came out from the back room and talked to his dad on his phone. They didn’t even let us talk to her on the company phone. She refused to help at all. We asked for a refund, she would not give a refund. We asked for a compromise, she refused to compromise saying she would take the entire pass away even though there are 6 passes left on it. She refused to let us talk to anyone else and refused to give us her name and would not give us the name of another manager. Crystal Hot Springs stole their promise of services to a teenage boy and refused to compensate for the money he spent on buying the pass to get in. They lied cheated and stole And would not let us try to resolve with anyone. I put the time and date of the interaction so that their schedule will
      Show who was there this night and if this girl was even a manager. Why are they so secretive? What are they hiding? What kind of operation is it that is supposed to ensure the safety of others but won’t tell you who the manager or owner is and won’t give you the number or names to anyone in the establishment?
