      Is Crystal Hot Springs a business front for money laundering? No one there will give you information on phone numbers, names of managers or who owns or runs it. Very suspicious! Criminal activity perhaps? Hair and used band aids everywhere. Disgusting facilities and despicably rude staff. I would save yourself an infection and go somewhere else.

      Disgusting! This place is a joke! It is ran by power hungry 18 year olds as managers that **** and have zero people skills.

      I used to go all the time. Many drug dealers will approach you and the outside shelves reek of cannabis. It's run by the Mormon children of Box Elder County and likely owned by the Chinese. Bet it's an LLC too. Their disgusting, abusive treatment of people is what they use to cover up their criminal activity. If you need a peaceful place to relax, this is NOT it.

      I water is different not as hot as they claim. If you go to lava hot springs you know what 102 and 104 degrees feels like. I hope the owners as they renovate will make everything cleaner and updated.

      Nasty, filthy, disgusting place! The pools are most likely infested with dangerous bacteria. Very dissapointed in this pathetic establishment!
