I signed up via the marketplace. I was told contradictory information. Later in the year, had a skin cancer diagnosis. Sovereign Nations paid NOTHING! Thousands of dollars I had to pay out of pocket. Simple PCP visits? Literally took a YEAR for them to pay the two that I had, and I still got a bill higher than my copay from the provider office even though they were in network. Stay away from this, it is not a insurance company but a scam...they took 10k from for the year, thinking I was covered..your not covered in anything, Belive me, if I know how to Sued them, I would..if there doing this to me, im sure they are doing it to you, , all the doctor visits I went too, plus one hospital visit, they paid not one *****, and get this they told me where to go, which hospital to use and so I know I was covered, after a year,the bills started pouring in..I'm in In debt over &16k because of them.....someone has to stop these people..Sovereign Nations Insurance

I was lied to when i signed up for this bogus insurance. I was told my doctors were all in network and all I've been getting are bills from every appointment and medical procedure that I've had since using this bogus so called insurance. I was never told that it was a discount card. They will be hearing from my legal team if they don't start paying more than they have been. If they make things right and start paying a decent amount i will have no problem with the insurance but at this point they have not.Sovereign Nations Insurance

my husband and I were sold this so called insurance with the understanding that we could see whatever doctor or care provider we wanted. Appaently not and their out of network is very limited. I would even have to travel out of state to see a gynocologist . Also no one in my state has even heard of these guys. i now have thousands of dollars of medical mill to cover.Sovereign Nations Insurance

Our insurance plans are limited and preventative rather than major medical which is outlined in our plan documents in welcome packets and they are legitimate. This is the worst insurance company Ive ever dealt with. The only reason we used insurance was for my sons well-child appointments, which should be covered through state law, but instead we are being charged for insurance and they are not covering a thing. I have reached out to claims and *************** and I have emailed with no response from anyone. This screams SCAM. Absolutely awful. I had a plan with SNI for a couple years because I was perfectly healthy and did not require much medical care, and I appreciated that their rates were relatively low. After receiving a diagnosis, I learned that my plan did not cover any of the care that I would need, as I expected, so I decided, at my hospital's suggestion, to terminate my plan and seek more sufficient care elsewhere. Upon deciding this, I spent a lot of unnecessary time placed on hold with this company as they stalled in cancelling my plan. Finally, I was referred to an incredibly exasperating agent who cycled through a list of questions that were none of his business and wasted my time before finally agreeing to fulfill my request. Previously, I had been in multiple situations with the company where a customer service representative swore that a specific service I inquired about was included and then later a person from the billing department called me to say that it was not. Between the inconsistency and the company's general lack of helpfulness, I would not recommend this company to anybody, and, from reading others' reviews here, I suspect no one else who has dealt with them would either.Sovereign Nations Insurance

I have had a similar experience to others. I told the agent, *****, who I spoke with on the phone that I needed two ct scans and colonoscopy this year and she told me they were covered. I now find, they are not. *****, is no longer available when you ask to speak with her nor does she return calls. ****** learned. Looking for new insurance!Sovereign Nations Insurance

We got this insurance primary for maternal health coverage. Was told point blank by insurance agent all pregnancy related charges would be covered. 3 months later, $3k bill from OB later found out I was fraudulently and maliciously put on a plan that does not have maternal health coverage. The "higher ups" deny wrong doings, claim we said nothing about pregnancy than refuse to release the recording... hmm fishy. Do not fall for this insurance. Hope this company goes out of business very soon. me and my family is now in a dire situation because of this company and this company refuses to acknowledge and pay for their wrong doings.Sovereign Nations Insurance

If the SNI Client Support Management Team receives complaints regarding an insurance broker, and the broker has violated the company’s Agent Code of Conduct, the Client Support Team conducts a thorough investigation.
The company’s Agent Code of Conduct does not tolerate misrepresentation of SNI Policies. The insurance broker has completed high-level training to uphold an SNI Agent License, therefore it is the responsibility of the licensed broker to provide the potential enrollees with an in-depth description of the SNI Policy Brochure to verify that the product accommodates the needs of the individual(s).

I am unable to find providers that will accept this insurance an in complaining to a representative they gave me a list of providers that are a minimum of 45 miles away!! That is ridiculous since I live in an area community that has a large healthcare system in addition to many other providers!Sovereign Nations Insurance
