      ***************, Mr. *** are gems in terms of bringing ethical business and standards to ********, ** . Please show appreciation for it is a gem to find business establishments especially in ******* that are truthful to their customers. I hope they prosper note Im kinda confused about the 10/09/2023 review because I only experienced. *************** helped me with my screen protector. *************** according to a associate that I trust with my tech issues and questions shes how she has transformed the store, according to Mr. *** who has worked here for a year

      They broke my phone. Very very very DISAPPOINTED in my experience. The worker tech name ****** messed up my phone && tried to blame the prior company who fixed my phone over a year ago. Anyhow I went in to have them check my phone because my phone couldnt charge on charger port. He told me he could fix the charge port for $79.99 && it would take 2 hours. So a hour goes by and I walk into store mind you he didnt call the number I left on the paper to lmk what was happening. He comes out && tells me that he couldnt repair my phone because of this && that which was fine. He brings out my phone and my phone wouldnt even turn on. Im like wait my phone was fully working before u took it apart. So he tell me ********* mins he goes to the back 5 mins later he come out my phone starts. On my way home it was turning off and having trouble turning one then it wouldnt connect to network. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR && take your money elsewhere this company is a joke they have techs who dont know what their doing period
