      This business has charged me 19.95 for a second time on something that was supposed to be a one time purchase. These sites are getting out of hand with their charges and operating practices.

      I uploaded the transaction details that USRealtyrecords gave my bank as proof that I agreed to a subscription since I filed a claim, and the bank resolved it in their favor which was a poor decision. I also uploaded my confirmation email the date is November 5, 2021 when I made my transaction with the company for only one report, NOT a subscription. (One of the photos shows the date). There is no mention of a subscription at all in my email. Come to find they have been charging me $19.95 for months without my knowledge. I never signed up for a subscription. This company has been extremely deceptive. The record they gave my bank, was a record of one of their fraudulent charges months later 05/22. They didn’t even provide the initial transaction from November. I’m livid that the bank did not consider that and even more livid that usrealtyrecords has been scamming me of my money for months. And I’m not the only one, yet their business continues. When I first emailed them to cancel my account, they said they might help me if I talked to them nicely. I cursed at them becuase I was rightfully upset for being scammed out of money I really need. And even if I was mean, it doesn’t give them the right to keep charging me! I had to cancel my card to make sure they couldn’t charge again. No refund.

      I have been charged a monthly fee from usreportsrealty.com without my knowledge since Feb 2022. It started $1.25 then $19.95 a month for nothing. I closed my debit card in May and found my new card was still being charged. I filed a complaint with my bank today.
