      US realty records is a company that charged me 19.95 per month for the last 6 months without my permission or knowledge. I am assuming I bought this service when I was selling my house. When you go to the website - they say to email or call them to cancel your subscription. I sent three emails - no answer ever. When I called them they said they couldn’t verify my identity and wanted 5 digits of my bank account with the expiration date. I said no. They said oh well then we can’t help you nor can we talk to you about your account since we can’t verify your identity.

      I never authorized recurring charges for 19.95 each month

      Their website says canceling is easy by email but they don’t respond

      They ask for bank account information to verify your identity. I think I used hide my email feature from Apple and therefore they can never verify my identity.

      Shady. Rude customer service. Sketchy. I am not confident they will refund my money. I have asked for four months of refunds

      This company has an employee by the name of Gil. She works in the customer service department. She has been very unprofessional in assisting me with company. She has called me a “liar” MULTIPLE times through email. After already resolving the issue. She keeps responding to emails with very ignorant comments. I believe she either needs properly trained or released from her job. You should never call a customer a liar especially when I PROVIDED PROOF that I did in fact email the company when I said. I hope this issue is resolved in a professional manner one that Gil did NOT show.

      I was searching for a product that would provide property lines for my home (interested in putting up a fence). This company promoted a product that sounded like it would have these details for $1.25.
      When i saw the report I was disappointed that it had nothing that I needed.
      This is not not source of my complaint. I don't car about loosing $1.25. What is beyond disappointing i that they started charging me for a subscription service of $19.95/month. I have been charged 2 times before I noticed it. They did issue a cancellation but no refund of a product that I never used.

      usrealtyrecords.com is a scam. Here are the problems:

      - the "one time" property record that I purchased for $1.25 contained no information not available on Zillow

      - you cannot click "checkout" to make a "one time" purchase without checking an "I agree" box that signs you up for a monthly subscription at an undisclosed rate

      - the only way to cancel a subscription (according to their website) is to email them, by which time they will have charged your card for the "membership" you didn't sign up for

      These crooks should be held to account.

      Since 7/28/22 this company has been charging me fraudulently every month a balance of $19.95 for I'm not sure what. I have no account with them and have no idea how they got access to my bank card. I just noticed going through my bank statements that a charge of $1.25 began in July followed by payments of $19.95 every month. I.would really appreciate getting my $140.90 back. I called the company and spoke to a rude person who told me I didn't even have an account with them. I told them that was correct but they were still charging something every month onto my card. He dug a bit deeper, discovered that they did have my card number. He then 'said he canceled the payments but then hung up on me before I had a chance to ask for a full refund. I am just a young student with nothing to do with the real estate field. I have no idea what to do. Thanks!

      I have 4 charges to my Chase VISA card for $19.95, Oct. 2022 - Jan. 2023. I've never heard of this company. I did not sign up for their services or receive any thing from them. I phoned the company and they said I've not used or received anything from them and that they are issuing me a full refund for the charges.

      We are senior citizens who have been dealing with periodic ID theft for the last couple years. I have tried my best to stay on top of this but we are not very computer savvy. We just noticed on December 7 that we had charges from USRealtyReports.com starting on October 8, 2021 going through December 2, 2022. The first charge on October 8, 2021 was for .95. In addition, October 8, 2021 was the first charge for $19.95. Then every month after that coninued monthly charges of $19.95 through December 2, 2022. We have NEVER used this service. I called the company on December 7 and told them these were never our charges, and they even noted that the service did not appear to be used. We have been charged a total of $300.20. When I called to complain, I was told the most they could refund was 4 months charges totaling just $79.80. I am requesting before posting public negative comments about the company that I receive the remaining $220.40 as this is not a service we ever signed up for, ever used ourselves, and it is clearly something that one of our cards which we are now canceling was used for. We are being targeted - probably due to the ID theft, and even though I explained that to the service agent on the phone, she said she could not do anything other than a refund of 4 months. This feels like a scam business and we do feel targeted as senior citizens as they are refusing to give us back money for a service or subscription or something that we never used or signed up for. I am attaching charges that the bank has showed we were charged. I am requesting the rest of the refund of $220.40 for these fraudulent charges for a service we never signed up for.
      We filed a complaint on December 18, 2022 that was closed on January 8, 2023 because USRealtyReports.com ignored it and never responded. I wanted to give them another chance to please respond before we post negative reviews online.

      This company has billed my credit card for some kind of service that I did not request. My Wells Fargo credit card declined their request. The banker suggested I cancel my card and get a new card. I did this but when I received my new card on Dec.6 and activated it, the very next day my new card was charged by this company. How can this be possible? I had only used it one time to purchase food online.

      I found out I have been charged 5 times for $20 ($100). I purchased a 1 time report in June and was unknowingly joined into a monthly membership. I would like to get a refund somehow.

      This company charged my card 8 times for $19.95 ($159.60) and I had no clue who they were. I couldnt find them to cancel this bogus subscription since their name on my statement says usreportsreal, which is not their name. I tried to find this company for months in order to stop these charges, but couldnt locate them by the name on my statement. Why would they not have their real company show up? By doing this it made it almost impossible to track them down. I never approved one purchase, let along 8 charges. I finally track them down and ask to be refunded and they blamed me for waiting too long, that its outside the refund window. Well, how can I cancel when I cant locate the company due to the name that showed up on my statement. Us Realty Records is not the name that showed up, it showed up as US Reals Report. When I searched that name, nothing came up. Months later I finally find the correct company and they blamed me for the charges when I have no clue who this company is or what they do. It seems this is an ongoing issue with this company, which is why they have so many negative reviews. They should not be allowed to take money out of peoples accounts and get away with it. I would like my $159.60 back.
