      Great service, fast installation. Techs are very helpful and knowledgeable about their part of the process. Never had a question as everything was always explained so thoroughly. Giggled at my kids being rambunctious and curious and even answered their questions about the process.

      They are not honest in what they say they can or will do. We were told one installation was possible and then when they came to install it was completely different. Also rebates were promised and never given. The promised 6 month free financing was not given and large amounts of interest were being accrued without our knowledge. The communication was horrible. Several months of no communication and then a hurry to install. A great lack of communication and also poor communication.

      The ES Solar personnel that I have dealt with have been exceptional. I don't know that I have ever experienced service personnel that were as careful and conscientious as those that installed my system. Those that worked inside my home were very gracious and very careful to respect my home. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Those working outside were every bit as conscientious in keeping debris off my yard. I was very impressed with the whole installation process. Very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ES Solar to anyone.
