    ****** is my order number and I am demanding to speak to a supervisor and you refund back my credit card the $461.95 you billed me immediatly. First of you scammed me and billed my credit card before the 7 day trial was even **, in fact you billed my credit card only 2 days after my trial started!! I then sent this entire order back as a return 2 days after I got it and your wharehouse got the order back!!! I am demanding my money refunded immediatly, you should of never billed me before my trial was up, that is false adveritsiing and horrible customer service

    I ordered socks as a gift to a friend. They insist the 1st pkg was delivered. I was unable to even track it. It never arrived after a month. The 2nd reordered pkg has never arrived after a month. They use a method of phishing..telling you that you won a gift card. Then charge for delivery for orders that never show!

    I looked into this order and saw that both packages were lost by the shipping carrier. I reached out to the customer to offer a re-shipment or refund of the order. I also offered a free tee shirt or joggers for the inconvenience.

    Placed an order with Cozy Earth for a Womens Rib-Knit Bamboo Hoodie $140.00 and Womens Rib-Knit Bamboo Hoodie Dress $160.00 as gift for my wife. I even paid the Cozy Earth Shipping Protection $9.25 and when I placed the order both items were in stock per the website. It stated that the items would ship in 2-3 business days. On 31Aug22, I emailed, called, submitted a Chat session and was told the items were now on backorder and to please wait. They should ship in the next week. Today is 13Sep22 and I tried again with the email and Chat session only to be told to look for an email and please wait. I feel this is a SCAM!! After reading some of the other complaints below I now feel like I may have been right.

    I reached out to the customer and let them know that their order has shipped and will be delivered on Friday (Sep. 16). I also offered free product to make up for the extreme delay in receiving their order.

    I am rejecting this response because: I received an email stating that my order had shipped. Nothing was mentioned about the delivery date, nothing was mentioned about a free gift. The email told me to look at a specific app and gave a tracking number. Not sure why this business is reporting to you a false statement.

    This is not a false statement. I have been in contact with the customer and have informed him his original order is being delivered today and I offered free joggers as a gift. I just need the customer to tell me what size and color joggers they would like.
