1 starI thought their products were nice and purchased about $2,500 worth after my first order a year prior. Many of the items didnt arrive and I had to follow up to get refunds instead of store credit. Also, it seems their customer service and quality has severely declined. My $300 sheets tore after 2 washes. They will only refund the exact item and wont provide a matching set as the color is no longer available. Extremely disappointed. 1 starThe company offers a 100 night trial but does not tell you that you'll pay a resocking fee when you return the sheets. When the ******************** arrived, they were silky and cooling. When I washed them as directed, they were dull, not cooling at all, and they are already starting to pill after only one wash. The sheets also stain extremely easily from my light Cerave lotion I wear to bed, and lip balm also stains the sheets. My husband doesn't use either and his pillowcase is also showing stains from his skin. The fitted sheet DOES NOT stay on either. On our CA King, there were no additional straps to keep the corners on and this is standard on other expensive sheets for our large mattress. The elastic on the fitted sheet is very thin and flimsy, too. This is unacceptable for expensive sheets. I submitted a return and was hit with a return charge of $9.32. Buyer beware. The rewards/membership program is a total scam. You cannot use your points or perks on anything that is on sale and almost everything has some sort of discount all the time. If I earn points by purchasing items, those points should be mine to use whether an item is on sale of not. Bait and switch at its worst.

We would like to clarify a few things for you, as our intentions are not to scam. We have two different tiers to our membership - a free tier titled the enthusiast and then a paid annual membership for $150. I had looked into it and I saw that you were part of our free tier - enthusiast. The enthusiast membership does not start out with any credits to use on orders. Credits are earned from making purchases. Credits earned can be added to any sale, except for our clearance sell: the we made too much sale.
As mentioned, credits can be added to normal sales. Discounts, however, cannot be added and stacked. Normal smaller discount codes can be added to our sitewide sales that we run.

1 starThis merchant partnered with an Instagram influencer to offer a 45% code that did indeed say 45off in the discount code and on the ************** but when I did the math it was only for 40% off. When I emailed in they said there was nothing to do about it. When I asked for a supervisor, they gave me a phone number. When I called the supervisor he simply said it was a human error which I understand, but seeing as the discount code was for 45% I was dumbfounded that they would not honor it and give me a refund for the $50 difference. I cant imagine how many customers placed an order thinking it was for 45% but it actually was not. I just happened to do the math. This company has no integrity and is misleading. If they were a good company, they would make THEIR error right and match what was promised. At the end of it all, they told me there was nothing they could do. ***** this company.
