  I signed my agreement on 09/27/2022 and after reviewing my financial situation could not afford program. I called my seller back on 09/28/22 and explained my situation and he was sorry to hear that and said he would cancel this. I'm getting sued by this company ****************** . *** on medical leave and my doctor refuses to allow me to work

  I feel played. From the very beginning I informed the recruiter that I need my monthly payments as low as possible. I was told to call in 2 weeks to get it it changed. Not realizing that after 2 weeks, I wouldnt be able to change my mind about the program! When I finally got in touch with my recruiter, I was told that a request had been put in with ******************. But when I called them myself, they said they never received it! So I called, left messages, and even emails with no reply! So I called the other day to withdraw from the courses only to find out that I cant! And now after almost 2 months the plan is changed, but I no longer want to continue. I dont want a refund or anything, I really just want out of this.

  This company sells a program based on deceit. They advertise 24/7 web support, appointments with personal tutors, live chat and more. I spent the day exhausting all of those resources to have my "support" person finally call me and gaslight me. Literally tried to tell me that I was not on the program for an hour this morning and it was my fault that she had no record of me finishing the entire module and taking a test. She is paid to gaslight people. This program is a scam. It's that simple and it's that complicated. My job coach recommended this program to me which is why I agreed to it. Who wants to enroll in an online course that promises support only to be left discouraged, frustrated, disappointed, and then be told it's your fault?

  I was lied to and told this was an accredited school. They have taken my school program away after missing 2 payments due to financial hardships that I told them about. They've threatened to take my program away from me numerous times and I want a refund or to leave the contract. I have wasted 8 months on this program to be in a bad situation still. They don't help you at all and are nearly impossible to contact. They told me I wasn't able to get financial services anymore after they charged the wrong card and told me it was my fault that it happened.

  Dear learner, CareerStep is a training institution that's programs lead to a national certification. Once you finish the program and score 85% on the final exam we give you a voucher to sit for the national exam. It looks like you signed up for our outpatient coding program in December of 2021. At that time you agreed to a 24-month payment plan to pay for your program. The terms of that plan have not been met.   Started the course this August and was told I am going to receive my materials on Tuesday. And later finds out that I will be receiving my materials when I completed my course. The advisor told me that I will get all the help I needed and since I am a visual learner, I am expecting there are some video lectures in it and it's all reading. I am about to reach that 14 days to get a refund, I spoke to the advisor and keep giving me a hard time cancelling the program. He even hangup on me. I don't know what kind of program would do this.
