      Their insurance is a joke! They delivered a broken product and expect to be reported in 14 days! If you are in construction and/or out of town you are out of luck. They will not even work with you.

      I bought something from an online company and they charged me extra to insure a package through the Route App and ***************** I was shipping something to *******. Unfortunately a month and a half later it hasn't arrived. I filed a claim with Route and they say "oh their insurance policy doesn't cover countries under sanctions." Then they send me a link where I can read the details. However, nowhere in the document does it say Ukraine is under sanctions. It talks about Russia being under sanctions because of the war in *******. It mentions ****** which has been under Russian control since 2014 being under sanctions. Not once in the document does it say UKraine is under sanctions. This is just a cheap ploy for them not to pay out. 0 stars if possible.

      I ordered an item for delivery on July 13, 2024 and as of today july 29th, the item has never arrived. It was a present for my daughter's birthday from sendacake. I have talked with sendacake a few times. Today, 29th, sendacake sent me the information for Route so that I can file my claim for a refund. I keep trying to fill out the information as instructed but it won't let me proceed to file my claim. I have tried to call a human at this company but to no avail. I was able to find only two phone number for this company and neither works. I would like a refund on my order as promised from sendacake. The insurance through Route should cover if I was able to fill in forms. I would like to speak to a human at this company but you can't. It seems to be sent up so that you can't take to anyone.

      My first and only experience with Route has been not less than a devastation. My package was mis-delivered by ****** and Route would not allow me to file a claim until 5 days after that, which did not make sense as clearly ***** has shown that my package was mis-delivered. I filed my claim yesterday and now they are requiring me to file a notarized report; I am very uncomfortable in providing my identification for this and as far as I know it is mostly required for repeat cases.I got no idea why the merchant provided this Route option to begin with if they would not even work on any issues. The worst part is I clearly stated to them that I needed to repurchase the item as on May 11th I will need the item for an event. I don't know what to do right now but I won't provide my identification just like that since it's very confidential. I hope Route will read and resolve this for me.

      Horribly intrusive. Gave the app another try as I couldnt remember why I stopped using it and within an hour I discovered my email password had been changed as well at my security key turned off to my yahoo account. I immediately did a security check and Route was accessing AND CHANGING way more that any other app has ever asked or tried to do. I smell a class action coming if 1 hasn't already been done.

      I would give them a zero if it was an option I downloaded this app cause ****** and ****************** said it was the only way to track my pkg my order was placed Dec 11 2023 it is now the 22nd and it's says still waiting for shipping information..... It also has 8 other orders of mine from Amazon all of which have been delivered and they also say waiting on shipping information I'm sure my order will be delivered long before they get shipping information (what a joke) but it's not a joke because this app ask for way too many permissions to access your phone and other personal information on your phone and is useless so I'm concerned for myself and others who have used this app that we are in danger of having personal information stolen.please investigate and remove this app

We dont see or store your password and we never share your order data with 3rd parties. Our technology was built with your privacy in mind and only emails with order information are detected. In order to allow you to connect your email address for automatic tracking, we first underwent an extensive audit with a leading cyber privacy firm to ensure we were protecting your data.You can still track your packages without granting us access to your email account. Orders can be manually added with a tracking number or link.       They chirp about how it has to be not updated for seven days. But imagine the fedex computers automatically move it to the following day if a delivery isn’t made. Making it an endless cycle. Don’t waste money on this horrible app. If I could leave it 0 stars I would.
