    I had purchased the ugly wear chair on 3/28/2024 in the amount of $106 after shipping. It states on the site that it can take 3-6 weeks for processing so after 6 weeks I emailed for an update or for tracking. I was emailed back saying that it would be out this week sorry for the delay. That week goes by and I still do not have any tracking information, so I email again and I get the same response. I emailed a third time the following week asking for a refund, and I have not received a response from the company regarding my order or refund. I am quite upset as this was supposed to be a birthday gift in May. The company has not reached out to me to remedy the situation whatsoever and I do not have my product, it has been 11 weeks since I had originally placed my order.

    I ordered a "Ugly-Where Chair Slipcover - Regular Size - Free Personalization - Lavender, White ******* for $39.99 at Uglysofa.com on March 21, 2024. I didn't see any tracking update for awhile, and emailed the company on April 3. I got an email back on April 7, saying "I can follow up on this Monday. Thanks for your patience." I have not heard anything since, or any updates on my tracking information. I am not sure if this is legitimate company as their professionalism is lacking. I am just wanting a refund at this point and would never like to do business with them again. Thank you.

    I ordered 2 products (Order #*******) totaling $206.98 on 9/13/22. As of this date I have still received no product and/or no update on the product. I first messaged them on 10/2/22 asking when my chair will ship and they said they should have it ready this week. Followed up the following week and they said still in process, should have it ready in the next few days. we can notify you when complete. Then i messaged them on 10/21/22, again asking for an update, no reply. So I then wrote them on 11/1/22 asking to cancel my order. They then replied almost immediately saying that this is complete and we can send the covers to our foam supplier for shipment today, they ship from there together with the foam. we will get tracking to you by Thursday. Never got tracking. so wrote them on 11/9 and they said there was a delay and will follow up and never did. i have now messaged them on 11/20 and 11/28 and zero response.

    I ordered on 7/8/22 an oversized personalized ugly-where chair for $125.99. Website states 2-4 weeks processing time. I contacted them through the website on 9/5/22 asking for an update. I received a response: Sorry for the delay. We should have this ready this coming week. Thank you for your patience.. 9/25/22 still no product so i emailed again asking for another update and got a reply: I will follow up on this Monday and make sure it gets completed and out this week. So sorry for the long delay. On 10/9/22 i still have not gotten my order, i asked at this point for a refund and the company no longer is responding. I have ordered from this company before and had my item delivered within a week of placing the order. Buyer beware as of today 10/24/22 I still have not gotten my order, no response from them even after asking again for a refund.

    I made an order on 2/4/22 for an embroidered slipcover and chair. On 3/30/22, I received the wrong color slipcover and have been emailing since to get a replacement. On 5/18/22, They write it should be finished. I will follow up on this tomorrow and I dont hear from them. On 6/28/22, I emailed them again and havent gotten a reply.

    I ordered twice from here and I should have realized after the first time this company is horrible!My second order hasn't been shipped. It's been almost a month. I emailed them. They said they would check on the status. They never followed up and I emailed them again 3 times asking for an update.I don't know how this company stays in business because everyone has the same issue across the board with them.
