    I ordered 2 covers from this site after seeing a blog post recommending them. I placed the order in July, after no update for weeks I reached out end of August via email. I got a response that they would check on it. After several back and forth emails which consisted of me asking for updates and then saying they were working on it, I finally got a shipping notification 09/11.Since the shipping notification there has been no movement on the tracking whatsoever.Not sure if this company is just a big scam or what, but its incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend anyone ordering anything from this company.Order #*******

    Ordered from them 2 years ago. Took a bit to ship but did get product. Ordered again March 2024. Didnt receive product. Multiples emails back and forth of apologizing for delay and stating it would be shipping tomorrow. Got tracking number but I can still see product has not been accepted by carrier for 2 weeks now. I asked for refund and am being ignored again. This has been such an exhausting and annoying process. I would not order again nor reccomend ordering.

    I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing a chair slipcover for my granddaughters birthday. Theyve stopped answering emails and havent sent out the item I ordered January 5th. I do not recommend this company!

    I ordered from this company years ago (8+) and had great results; however, this company is completely different now. I placed an order on 11/26/23 for a slipcover and was promptly charged, yet never received the item. I reached out to the company through their contact page on 12/18/23 and received an email from an unidentified person that he/she would "follow up on this today" for me. I was not contacted again. I replied to that email on 12/27/23 explaining that I had not received any further communication regarding the order, and I would like to cancel the order and receive a refund. Again, no communication and no refund. On 1/10/24, I sent another message through the company's contact page explaining all of the above and again requesting to cancel the order and refund my money. After sending that message, I went to the BBB site to see the company's rating and reviews (wish I had read them before ordering). I was starting to file a complaint when I received an email that my "order status was changed" and a refund was issued. It certainly should not have taken this long and this many times of reaching out to the company to either receive the item I ordered (and was charged for 1.5 months ago) or receive a refund. Poor business practice, and I would no longer recommend Ugly Sofa.

    I dont know whats happening with them or if theyre even still a business. They let people order but then never ship. I asked for my item 2x before having to file a claim to force them to refund.

    Gosh, I shouldve read these reviews before ordering. I placed an order for 3 chairs on November 6, 2022. I did not get monogrammed chairs because I saw what the window for delivery was (2-4 weeks) and I didnt want to cut it close. I am hoping to gift these chairs for Christmas. Now it is December 21 and Im still waiting. I emailed the company multiple times and they just say its a busy time for us.How does a company get away with this?
