    Still waiting on my order I placed and was charged for back in October and its now almost January. I waited on the phone for 3 hours to talk to a lady that basically just said product is backorder. Not sure I'll ever get my order but I'm done with this company.

    There customer service is worse than awful. They billed me, and have been on back order for over 3 months. I can't reach anyone to have my money refunded. They have doubled there prices since I started taking about 6 months ago.

    Similar to other's reviews, I have been billed over $550 without receiving any product and, when I canceled my subscription due to lack of product availability, they retained $52 of my most recent $266 for their shipping and handling fees. This company is unethical. Stay away

    Not quite sure what is going on. I think the company may be a scam? They deducted $1,133 from my credit card last month but I have yet to receive anything. They tell me after hours on hold that it will go out next week less a couple items on back order. Last week I said I would like to cancel and was told since a shipping order was created I cant and it could be months before product was shipped. This is a product that you have to be confident it will be available. You cant start it and not have it. I did get a laughable email that said *********** Our lates shipment of product has come in! However we were unable to fulfill your order! Serious?

    I strongly recommend staying away from this company. They only have one goal in mind, which is to make more and more money. It's really sad to me because I do love some of their products. I placed an order on November 24th, 2023. Of course that is when I paid for it & scheduled another subscription for 12 weeks out. To date (12/19/23), I have yet to receive the order I paid $276.79 for. They were nice enough to send me an email on 12/15/23 saying "Good newsour latest shipment of Mojo **************** has arrived! However, despite our efforts, we weren't able to fulfill all backorders for this product at this time, including yours." So sweet of them to share the good news with me, but not for me. I attempted to cancel and the response was "Thank you for reaching out to us. There is a 15% cancellation fee for all orders. That would bring your total refund to $219.3 where you paid $276.79. If you would still like to cancel this order, we can totally do that, we would just need you to confirm this action.Thank you,************"Then, on today's date, 12/19/23, I received an email saying "*******, you have a subscription order coming soon!?Your subscription order is scheduled to process. If you wish to make any changes to the order, please log in before the date below and make any necessary adjustments.Shipping charges are not refundable and we reserve the right to withhold up to 15% as a cancellation fee once it has processed.Subscription Date: 12/24/2023"I NEVER scheduled another order, but would have been charged AGAIN if I wasn't on top of my emails (which I received at 4:37am this morning). This happened to me one other time, but I changed the date as soon as I realized it. When I reached out to the support team they told me they couldn't see it because I already changed the date... Just very disappointing how this company clearly tries to rip their customers off. I have spent far too much money on their products to be treated this way. STAY AWAY.

    While the actual product seems good, the customer service is highly inefficient, they cannot ship you products properly, seven weeks after they billed my debit card, I STILL dont have my products. Their customer service says sorry contact hour upline. Your upline is upset and cant help either. Then I cancel my autoship since they cannot supply the product and tell me they charge a 15% cancellation fee that I didnt see anywhere on their website for a product they cannot even ship because its not even in stock. So I tell the uplines upline and he says sorry but hey you should still be selling. Recruit. Sell. Sell. Sell. But they dont have the product in stock? Then I say Ill go to the BBB and he says oh youre going to believe in a scam organization like the BBB but wont trust us and sell our products. Im so done. Ive tried to get my products and now I just want my money back. Dont buy Tranont. They dont care about you unless youre recruiting.

    Tranont is not reliable and dishonest. They are aware of their lack of stock and continue to process orders. Regardless how good the product may be, customer service and satisfaction is the most important to me. Lack of continuity on a product when you just started taking it is unacceptable. What Tranont has shown me is that customer service is secondary to making money. I wanted to rate this with no stars but I had to choose one to post this review.

    I have enjoyed the skin care products and am up in the air about the efficacy of their supplements and claims; however, the customer service support is horrendous. I have been trying to get in touch since October 17th about the missing GLOW strawberry banana from my order *******. I have yet to receive a replacement and it has been over 3 months since I placed my order. Trying to call customer service is a joke because the wait is over 200+ minutes and it takes days/weeks for a reply via email. I have numerous emails for documentation showing that I have reached out. Additionally, I placed another order for skin care products and toothpaste. I was missing the toothpaste in my shipment *******. I would like to be refunded immediately for the missing items and/or have the products that I have paid for overnighted to me. It appears that their system will allow you to purchase items that are out of stock; they do not notify the customer they they are out of stock or on back order until they have already received your payment and weeks have elapsed. This lack of transparency is not truthful when such information should be disclosed prior to accepting funds.

    12.15.23 I love their products and have been using ***** *********** for over a year. The last 3 months they've experienced some kind of service and backorder issues they are still trying to resolve. I ordered my Mojo back in late Sept by subscription and a month and half later still not received but my card was charged and email shows a label was printed for shipping... item never came so I started a cancel/chargeback. I updated my subscription and placed another order and it arrived within the month (3 weeks) and my renewal shipping label has now been printed for my one month order 12.1.23 and it is still not here and my card was charged 2 weeks ago for it... then i get an email that they've cancelled my subscription for the chargeback and violating their policy (?) and I'm now on hold #** in line and 226 minutes to wait for a rep. I don't know what is going on but I wish they'd fix this ASAP!!!

    I recently tried to purchase a product back on November 1st(approximately). Nothing happened and my rep tried to fix to no avail. So again on November 9th I put an order in for two products Transform and Glow $141.99. One product arrived and date, it is now over a month and still no Glow. This company then on December 9th, decided let's charge my card again, for $141.99 for the same products. I never authorized this charge. I have since canceled and removed the credit card. I have repeatedly tried contacting them with no answers and now they decide to send an email telling me how to return...charging me 15% restock and paying for the return
