1 starI have owned this bed for 2 years. I spent almost $5000 on a primer 4 and a adjustable base. The foam has now separated from the grid and I can feel springs when I lay down. I called purple who informed me that I have to go through mattress firm( which they weren't the most pleasant about, they shrugged me off and rushed me off the phone) whom I bought it from. I was fine with that I did what they asked I took the pictures and sent them. I was denied because there are stains. I understand that with mattress warranties are voided with stains but the purple has a removable cover and I am a mother of 2, stains happen, and it shouldn't be an issue with once again a removable cover. This is the first time in my life I splurged on myself and got a nice bed thinking this bed would last longer than any cheap beds I have had in the past. Man was I wrong. I will never buy another purple and I will advise other to do the same.Review fromFrancisco C

1 starFake advertisement I ordered a mattress and a base which cost $ **** (only the base) was supposedly in 50% discount so in the end I would pay $ 999 so I decided to complete my order a total of $ ******* two days later I received an email informing me that they would change my base for another that the base price is $1195 so when making the change I lost my supposed discount of $1000 so I decided to order a product of equal value or similar $ **** since it was part of my purchase, but they told me that $200 dollars It was a good discount, that the product I bought and was listed on their website was discontinued, so for that reason they had to give me another one which was not of the same value as the one I bought, and which was of lower value, I asked to cancel my order which had not been sent, and what I was told that it had already been sent and that it was my responsibility to accept it and return it when the order was canceled, and according to the supervisor it was my obligation to call and take action so that they receive their product, even if They haven't sent it. It is a fraud and a way to deceive the buyer with alleged discounts that are then removed and exchanged for something of lower value, I asked to cancel my order which had not been sent, and what I was told that it had already been sent and that it was my responsibility to accept it and return it when the order was canceled, and according to the supervisor it was my obligation to call and take action so that they receive their product, even if They haven't sent it. 1 starWe purchased a split ********************************** Premier 4 on 9/14/22. Less than 8 months have passed and both mattress developed significant sagging and led to severe worsening back pain over this period time. We sent extensive photos to Purple who confirmed this defect. The problem is that tis is not just an issue with our mattress. A quick scan of the internet reveals hundreds of customer complaints about the same issue. I think they must have so many complaints that they now do not allow you to speak to a live warranty agent. You must communicate everything in email. This is not what you would expect for this price point - a mattress over ***** USD. The resolution offered to us was to accept the same bed replacement. Why would I want another bed with the same sag issues only to last possibly another 8 months. I ddi not find this acceptable to me. I even went to the store to see the "newer" model of the Premier. It felt exactly the same. Lots of foam and the matrix grid - no real support. My hip/buttock area dipped deep into the mattress and the store rep could see how it does not maintain spinal alignment. Purple is clever though. What the offer you is the chance to "upgrade" and spend another 2,300-3,500 for a "better" model. This would put the cost of your mattress upwards of ****K. That is a big ask for someone who feels swindled my marketing hype of a dysfunctional mattress that has been the ultimate back killer. Someone needs to investigate their marketing claims and the degree of customer complaints of sagging. I will likely not get an amicable resolution as 1. I can't sleep on this model with so much pressure relief you suffer every morning. 2. The mattress seems to sag in under a year so why would I want another one. 3. The customer service us abysmal. They hide behind email. They don't even fully read your points and just cut and paste standard script.Review fromBrenda G

1 starIf I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased a Purple seat cushion for my office chair. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I ruined a brand new pair of white pants just by sitting on this cushion. Deep purple stains all up the back of the legs and the seat. I have washed them 4 times, twice with bleach and the stain will not come out! I'm absolutely furious that I paid over $100 for this cushion and it ruined a $150 pair of pants!Review fromRuss H

1 starBought a 4 for the 2nd time for our other home and the bed is not the same as our current 4. been on it for 2 months and still firm. They actually told me and I have the transcript that its to expensive to replace. Unreal. somehow my 4k was good enough to take but not even offer a solution is just unreal. The problem is I bought from a dealer. the dealer is willing to exchange but I am stuck if the problem is the same. the guy even told me it could be the grid as being the problem, but still no offer to help.Review fromPaul T

1 starIVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISGUSTED IN MY LIFE. let me start with the fact. that not even a year ago I purchased the purple hybrid 3 premier bed. and the purple adjustable frame in the size king. I also spent over **** on ******* pillows and well as over 700 dollars on sheets from purple as well as 2 comforters and because I purchased my duvet when I bought my bed and they keep releasing new products and taking the old ones off. leaving anyone no choice but to spend more money to have the product actually work for what your paying for. every single product has came damaged. it comes with stitching issues. it has different colors with the same color product your buying. the consistency is horrible, back to the main point I've had an issue with my mattress for a 9 months. the mattress the first one they gave me was hard as a rock. sagging in all areas and my frame was squeaking. it took me over 2 months to get a replacement after complaints for 2 months of how badly my back was hurting and how I had to be put on ambien just to be able to STAY ASLEEP. and ******* for my back for the pain. this bed is horrible. but what's worse is im willing to give this company a chance to make it right. and they are giving me a headache already. I want a refund for the money I've spent. and I want a discount applied to the new deluxe premier purple beds that just came out. or the new premier ones that DONT COME WRAPPED UP. shame on this company for thinking they can mend it by sending out more products that are bad to compensate that fact that nothing will make it past the warranty time they are promising. don't waste your time with this company unless you truly want a headache and and to be turned away to only have one option of having to get on the strongest sleeping meds because YOU CANT GET A NEW BED WITHOUT LOOSING ALL THE MONEY YOUVE SPENT. shame on purple. and shame on mattress firm.Review fromLauren D

5 starsI have the Hybrid Premier 4 with power base, pillows, sheets basically the whole shebang, and I have zero complaints. I have never slept better and my husband who was a skeptic at first now sings Purples praises whenever the mattress comes up! I can not speak to the customer service because we have not had to use it. Our experience was perfect from the store to the delivery and a year and a half later we couldnt be happier!Review fromDrew C

1 starGENUINELY ****** off. As someone who has 2 purple ******* pillows (they are phenomenal) and 3 sets of bed sheets and loves Purple products I will never buy another one of their products. I am THAT ****** at Purple at the moment and here's why. I purchased a Queen size mattress with ************** bed ****************** My fiance and I chatted in because it was too firm for us so we "were" planning on getting a different Purple mattress with a deeper grid (either the 3-inch or 4-inch). When we decided this was the route we were going to take we also decided that we would want to upgrade to a King or Cal King size mattress. Well, when we initiated the return we were then told that the bed frame and headboard are both "final sale"...MIND YOU NOWHERE on Purple's checkout page does it say this. Then we asked "Where does it say that?" the response we got was "It's on the terms and conditions page"...Who on Earth thinks when buying ANYTHING online in today's world "Oh, I should read the terms and conditions page before I buy!" No. That's just shady business. So we spent $750 on a headboard and a bed frame for them to NOT take back. Now that same bed frame WONT fit the new larger bed we are getting and we are out $750. My question is...how can they offer a 100-night trial period for their bed BUT then NOT offer the same trial for the frame that GOES WITH THE ****** That's just not right. Needless to say, we will be buying our King **** mattress from a different company and never buy anything from Purple again.
