    Have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks over a claim and they have not responded. They send you an email and say "We'll follow up with a resolution or additional questions typically within the next hour. Please give us a maximum of 24 hours to get back to you!If you dont receive a response in the next 24 hours, feel free to reply to this email." but when you try and reply to that email it doesn't go through. and you get a reply email from ****** "We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (support) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren't able to post: * You might have spelled or formatted the group name incorrectly. * The owner of the group may have removed this group. * You may need to join the group before receiving permission to post. * This group may not be open to posting.If you have questions related to this or any other ************* visit the *********** at ****************************************************************************************************** admins" They do not reply to any messages. or the claim. They make you add this to your order and say you will have shipping protection but they do not help or have support chats or emails or phone number. I wish someone would get back to me for help on this matter.
