    Our monthly charge should be $250/month taken out of our account on or about the 10th day of each month for their services. Unfortunately they continue to deduct the fee multiple times each month. I have tried for 4 months to reach them to rectify through email and the phone but they have been non-responsive.

    Freshlime has double billed me but will not answer phone, text, email, or facebook. Like they are ghosts just collecting money.

    I have been paying Freshlime $150/mo for a few years, after an initial payment to create our website. The monthly fee was to be able to interact with our website, plus a hosting fee. I am not certain how long our website has been down, but I am not able to get in contact with Freshlime. I have tried calling, but nobody answers. I have emailed, with no response. I put a stop payment through my bank, because they were still taking my money.

    Our business has been using Freshlime for quite a while, until recently we did not have any issues. In May, they charged our credit card three times for the same invoice. The same invoice number was on each receipt they sent, $300 charged three times within 3 days. And sure enough, our credit card statement shows three separate charges of $300 from Freshlime. We have sent several emails, left several voicemails, and even sent a written letter requesting termination of our subscription as well as a refund. We have not heard anything from anyone. We feel that we are reasonable people, we've been polite and understanding in our attempted communications with Freshlime. But to not make yourself available to your clients, no responses or any attempt to make this right, is an absolutely terrible way to run a business. Would not recommend using this company.

    We paid to have our website created and paid additional to have it maintained. Our website, ******************************** has been down for 2 months now. I have left 6 phone messages, emailed a dozen times and no reply. This company is a fraud and I don’t get an immediate resolution of fixing our website or a full refund I will be filing a lawsuit.

    InGym has enrolled for services with Frehlime for over 2 years paying over $200 to manage our website, manage reviews, and a chatbot. It took them over 6 months to get the chatbot even though we were paying for the service for 6 month without the bot on our site. They are supposed to manage our site. Our site is currently down and I'm not able to get anyone from Freshlime to address the issue. All their phone numbers are down. I'm afraid we have lost all the content for our site.
