    I had been a customer of ******************** for approximately 8 years. I recently learned that at some point they went out of business, but did not let their customers know and instead continued to bill my credit card for automatic payments with no service provided. They also began to double charge me each month without an additional invoice outlining additional charges. These overcharges are the reason I learned the company went out of business awhile back with no notice and no ability to contact the company to stop payments.

    I have been a customer of Freshlime for 7 years and had an excellent experience with them until 2 months ago.
    All of my Freshlime customer interaction products suddenly stopped working AND they have continued to bill us.
    I have sent 6 emails, left 6 messages and even tried reaching out to the founder Jay Bean on LinkedIn. Crickets is all I get,
    This is absolutely the worst! I'd respect them if they just said we shut down and stopped trying to take money out of our bank account.

    This company is a fraud!!! I have called them multiple times and left message. I have emailed them multiple times. I have sent 4 certified letters all returned with no forwarding addresses. This is a ghost company. Do not use his company.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Freshlime for their consistent lack of responsiveness and overall poor customer experience. Despite making multiple attempts to contact them, I have either received delayed responses or no response at all. This level of negligence and disregard for customers is deeply frustrating and unacceptable.I trust that the Better Business Bureau will address this complaint promptly, and help me obtain the resolution I deserve.
