      I wish there was an option for a negative star. By first the worst experience. We just got our system installed and it's not working properly. Troubleshooting with 4 reps couldn't resolve so we schedule an appointment for a service technician. Well, no one has shown up and it's the 4th attempt and we are still waiting.STAY AWAY, DON'T BELIEVE THE *****

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VIVINT. They installed faulty equipment and won't come out to "look at it" unless I pay $200 for the tech visit. The cameras don't work 50% of the time. The smart hub freezes constantly. The doorbell microphone no longer picks up audio. The dvr system is down when the cameras are working. I get false alarms from the glass sensors, water sensors, and door sensors all the time. The smart home dismisses the alarms before I can do anything either. Their customer support is atrocious. Back and forth and no desire to actually fix issues. And the salesmen are super pushy and lie. I have had the salesmen come through and "check" how I'm doing. When I tell them the issues I'm having they swear they'll send someone out right away, but no one ever comes out. And I told them I didn't want the sign in my yard but every time they come through they try to put the sign in my yard. Worst security company I have ever dealt with! Even worse than Xfinity.

      Vivint Smart home is a terrible company. They have horrible camera quality and they charge 3 times the price for their cameras. Their **** are not qualify to do their jobs. Vivint and their **** will mislead and misrepresent their company in order to trick you into extending your agreement. VIVINT IS A ************ STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

      Would not even give them one star have problems from the get-go with them have tried to cancel since October of ************************************************* early termination fee for a contract that is no longer valid

      The system does not protect my house its always off line the door sensors alway need batteries and they use my existing equipment from another company. I hate the systems you are a fraud I m paying $3500. For what disfunction

      Do not use this company!!! The equipment has been faulty since the 2nd month I had it. I have called customer service 42 times and 8 technicians have been to my house over the course of 3 years. The panel keeps dying and requires rebooting. My smoke detectors alarmed false alarms and the fire department has been dispatched 2 times. It’s not worth the headache and hassle to be on the phone for hours and having to wait weeks for a scheduled technician appointment. They were not willing to let me out of the contract and expect me to pay 1,000 for faulty equipment. I will not!

      *************. I am a no knock residence and the soliciting salesman knocks on my door. When I open the door, he says he saw the sign and doesnt want to be weird but still wanted to try and sell me the product because my neighbors have it. What a joke and a disgrace.

      The worse system ever my house has been unprotected for over a month. They was suppose to expedite it and never did at this point were ready to find an **** because their should be something we can do because we are paying for nothing at all. I also heard theres a class action lawsuit brewing

      This company uses your credit card without authorization. I also tried to cancel my account on many times for them to keep billing me despite not having service at my new home for months. I paid my last bill in May and got a bill in July once I called to see why. They said it was not all the way completed and I have to pay more money. I dont even live at the old address anymore. This company is a scam I am still waiting for them to cancel my service.
