The salesman promised discounts which were never given. When I called *** about this, they said Safe Streets was never authorized to offer the discounts I was promised. When I called SafeStreets about it, they said since my account is now with ADT, there is nothing they can do. I NEVER would have agreed to this service if not for the discounts the Safestreets *** promises. Now I'm stuck in an overpriced, three-year contract. SafeStreets ***s are blatant liars and will say anything to get you into a contract. If one of these people come to your house, slam the door in his lying face.

1 starInstallers dont know what there doing ! and will brake any cameras they dont know how to uninstall them !! 2 starsThe installer was very nice and did a good job. But SafeStreets was totally dishonest with me. They advertised a great start-up package "deal" and totally failed to disclose that the equipment was NOT INCLUDED in the price. I did not find out until I had a moving truck in my driveway and the installer in my house that I was to come up with nearly $5,000 to "buy my equipment"! Surprise. Besides that, I have used other securtiy services before and I'm totally underwhelmed with ADT. I would NEVER recomment SafeStreets or ADT. I am extremely disappointed.Review fromRichard F

**************** is the worst I have ever seen and I work in customer service so thats saying a lot. Wasnt trying to do anything difficult. I wanted to move our system to our new house. The phone line says to press 2 for address changes so I press 2 and someone picks up instantly and I tell them what I did and they transfer me, not a big deal. The next ****** says they cant help me so they transfer me againokay a little annoying. Next ****** says they cant help me and transfer me againfor real. The ****** who picks up is the first ****** who answered the phone!!! So he transfers me again and now Ive been on hold for over 30 minutes but I will not quit.Safe Streets USA, LLC

Not a real 911. But what if ??. Safe streets is absolutely a mess and customer support is horrible because they do not pickup or call to check in worst do not answer a phone. THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED THROUGH OUR NEW CONSTRUCTION (do not do it) I NEED THE OWNER TO FIX THESE ISSUES. Do not do business with Safestreets ADT in the ******* AREA. WanSafe Streets USA, LLC

Safestreets has earned 5 stars, just on the fact that there is extensive training available for every position in this company. Smart Security Pros are just that. Looking through these one star reviews hurts to see. This company has hundreds if not thousands of videos, and articles as a virtual training.Safe Streets USA, LLC

This has been a horrible experience. They offer a free service with new construction homes. I changed my internet provider and just needed to re-connect. The technician gives you 1 shot to troubleshoot if it doesnt work then they connect you to another agent (without warning) who then says we have to send someone out for $****** I decided to fix it myself! I am now connected to another homes doorbell. How Safe is that??. I am going to uninstall it but that should not even be possible that means someone could do the same to my home. I am very technically challenged so I should not be able to simply hack someone elses doorbell.Safe Streets USA, LLC

Hello, unfortunately reconnecting cameras after they disconnect due to you changing your internet is not covered under the system's warranty. Usually our technical support team can fix these issues over the phone, but if they are unable to we recommend sending a technician out to assist. Additionally, your doorbell cannot be accessed by anyone else unless it has not been set up for the first time. 1 starDo not do business with them. The salesman will scam you will discounts that dont exist. They installed an upgraded panel without my consent and then charge an extra $100 for 2 more inches. Shock sensors were tagged on without actually being included in a deductible. Use simplisafe or ring.
