      We should be able to talk to our potential customers on the phone to convince them to rent our space. Otherwise we are just one of the hundreds they saw online and they forget about us. Many guests inquire but never follow through the booking because they don't get to establish a customer service relationship with the host and there is nothing to remember us by or set us apart from the rest. Most guests are older and used to a personal touch and don't trust online fully.

      I started to sign up to rent out a space at my house but then realized it actually wasn't available enough so I never finished completing the application. Since that time, I have had numerous phone calls and emails from the company trying to get me to finish the application. I told them to stop calling me and they did, for about a month, then the calls and emails started up again. I originally intended to one day sign up for this, but because of how disrespectful they are, no way. Do not start the process unless you are ready to be harrassed.

      Easy peasy. Simple and provides solutions for a crib for your Hot Rod without paying a kings ****** for a auto shelter. Excellent execution in screening of landlords. Im a car guy for 55 years and I recommend this organization. ******************************* ************, **

      I enjoy working with Neighbor.com. They have found several renters for vacant spaces, make dealing with customers easy and friction-free, are reliable and honest. I have a large farm and the extra income from storage is helpful and wouldn't be there were it not for Neighbor.com. I recommend them to anyone considering who needs space or is looking to rent extra space.
