    I dont know what there policy is, but seems like common sense isnt actually common. Needed to tow a car from ******** Fork to *****. We told them to call our number or knock on the door of my family members home to get the keys. They didnt do either. Didnt even know they picked up the car until it was already in *****. When I called to tell them they dont have the keys, they blamed it on ** and said they tried both ways and just picked it up without the keys. After talking to a disrespectful girl (who claimed was the manager) she still blamed us and didnt do anything to resolve it. We had to make the trip just to get the keys. Not to mention, they delivered the car to the wrong shop. Childish employees, terrible policies, no common sense. *************** and go with someone else. Take some responsibility and dont blame it on paying customers.

    When roadside assistance is needed, we are asked to tow it many times without keys. We strive to have keys as it is always easier to tow with keys and reduces labor for the driver. Sometimes we will have to delay a call due to no keys depending on the type of vehicle and if it is possible to tow with the positioning with a flat bed with keys or not. We always have the dispatcher attempt to call customer prior to sending driver and the driver to call or text when on the way. Sometimes we do have to choose on if we are to tow or not tow due to keys. In the majority of cases when the roadside assistance has a job order for us they ask us to tow it without keys if we are able to.
