      I've been working with Advice Media for years, and from the start, they took the time to understand me and my practice in creating a very unique website. They've been responsive to changes in my practice and modified the site quickly and efficiently as needed. Their SEO has been excellent, keeping me in the top of searches that matter to me. All in all, an excellent experience.

      I have been a client of My Advice for 8 months. They designed a beautiful, modern website for me with a shopping cart, a reviews feature, and many pages. The team I was working with communicated with me regarding my needs and aesthetic preferences. I was always satisfied with the level of attention. I always got a prompt email response if I had any question regarding my account. I subscribed to ********** *** power, local power, and to the social media service. When I wasn't satisfied with the social media service, MyAdvice allowed me to switch to the *** service so as to keep my subscription at the same price. While it did reset the date of my one year contract, I understood that the web design services I received were a high value service and the cost needed to be recouped over the course of a year. When I renew, I will check with my account manager to see if it is a commitment of one year or two, and what services will be performed, so that I am an informed client and I do not feel surprised by the terms of the agreement. I feel that ******************** of their designs make my business look good online, and so far, I am satisfied.

      I have had a great experience with MyAdvice thus far. The process from Sales to Support was seamless and they delivered on almost all their promises. They are quick to respond to my questions and the sites they use to maintain my website are easy enough for me to make small changes myself when necessary. They also make it very easy to connect and capture new patients through my website. We love the changes we have made and it was more affordable than our previous website! There was one time where I was unhappy with how long a change request was taking but they took full responsibility and quickly got it resolved when I brought it to their attention.

      I have been with this company for over ten years. They have created and managed several websites. I would never consider looking elsewhere. ****************, service and knowledge. We have monthly meetings to review data and go over any concerns. Who can do better than this??

      i have been using them for my website for well over 10 years. I have been happy with their work.I'm surprised but what I see here. they built me a beautiful website with great SEO. I'm in a very competitive market and it works well for me. I meet with them on a regular basis and they always respond to my requests on the same day. They were one of the first website developing companies many years ago and really helped me keep my medical practice on the forefront.

      We've had a great experience with MyAdvice over the last few years. I find their services to be exceptional and they have great customer service. Not only am I connected to one Account Manager, but she is a part of a larger team, who will get back to me quickly even if my Account Manager is out of the office. We meet monthly but they are available at any time. Changes to the website are easy to request and they have a portal that just makes everything simple. I can check ****** stats at any point during the month. I have been with MyAdvice for several years and would highly recommend them!

      Do not sign with this company! Beware of this fake company, their contract is fake, and they do nothing. They are not capable of doing anything even small request. They are so terrible and zero customer service. I applied for cancelation, and they asked me to pay out in full for one year to cancel my contract. They charged my credit card without my permission and ...... Beware the contract. Also, they add auto renewal for their fake services.

      Terrible company, they dont care about you, just want to lock you into a year contract. I was able to stop payments from my bank for their monthly service and then they sent me to collections since i didn't pay. They have not provided me with any tangible service at all and refused to let me leave the contract.

You claimed at one point that your friend said your listings were inaccurate, but we were able to show you a report from over 70 directory listings showing that your Name, Address, and Phone Number are, in fact, accurate. We made them accurate within a few weeks after you signed up with us. You've also benefited from our reputation management software, which has enabled you to attract over 70 five-star reviews over the past seven months, helping you increase your reviews from 15 to 85. Your listings are correct, and you have gained many reviews, so we aren't sure why you want to cancel. We were ******* clear with you, as we are with all business owners, that you are committed to a 12-month agreement. I'm not sure why you are surprised that you've been sent to collections for being dishonest and not fulfilling your obligation of the agreement for the VERY tangible services that we are providing. Your contract expires on May 9, ****
