    I had empire floors LLC come and install hard wood flooring at my home in February of 2022.
    The company sent out three employees and immediately we told them that the job was horrible. Wood planks sticking up and warped, shoe molding installed without consent, damage to existing base molding and walls, damage to door molding , and damage to stairs. The main person in charge said they would be back to make repairs.
    I called Empire floors LLC and message them via the website the next day. They told me they would send out a manager.

    The manager never showed up and I had to reach out to empire who sent a manager after hours. I had to miss a day of work due to empire promise of the VP appointment window. He agreed that the workmanship was horrible and recommended a total replacement. I had to provide the manager with pictures of the damage. He wanted me to sign a blank form, which I refused and had me fill out the information for him.
    I still waited and after multiple attempts to resolve the issue not hung was done. I wrote my final message to empire floor LLC and they said they will get back to me in 24hr. That came and went and not updates.
    I reached out to American Express(card I used for payment) and they agreed to investigate the issue and gave Empire flooring till June 10 2022 to respond. Empire stated that I lied and I had to show email proof that Empire flooring lied and failed to respond and I was issued a credit in my account.

    On August 30 2022 I received a email from empire flooring LLC requesting payment. I sent a email that with proof that the matter was resolved.

    I received a email with threats of collection so I sent a cease and desist letter and more proof that this issue was resolved. I was the sent more threatening emails with collections. And I sent the cease and desist email two more times with more proof that they failed to resolve anything. I asked them to send a crew to make repairs and nothing but threats of collection.
