    I love working with Empire flooring! Their installation manager is incredibly knowledgable and responsive. I've used Empire flooring on commercial jobs, in my own home, and on small repair jobs on rental properties. They give the same care and attention to tiny carpet repairs as they do to commercial jobs. The selection at Empire is impressive, and I'm looking forward to seeing their newly finished expanded showroom!

    Quick to sell a product to a customer but poor in following through with install ,excuses excuses salesman ******* came out to discuss flooring with my wife. Afternoon before installation day they let us know ********************** is broken and have to reschedule install.we are in our 70s and had to get everything ready for them and disconnect all wiring for tvs and other items and take them out of the area.so we had to put everything back the way it was .we cancelled the install .I wouldn't recommend this company to a homeless person
