    We are new customers and just completed the sign up process today. Prior to signing up, I called on 3 separate occasions with questions. The customer service representatives were so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. ***, one of the account managers assisted me with the sign up process. *** was outstanding! She patiently walked me through the steps, answered my questions, and I was able to successfully sign up our 3 devices. *** was so pleasant and delightful to talk with.After our 3 devices ******************** were set up, the IT rep ******* called to let me know that he was successful with the installation process. ******* explained the new icons and answered all my questions. Once again, very patient and personable.Thus far, I am thrilled with HelpCloud! They have exceptional customer service, exceptional products, and I feel comfortable reaching out to them with questions. I highly recommend HelpCloud!

    What I Appreciated most about HelpCloud is the Ongoing Attention to Detail. Every Team Member who takes my call is typically a Great Listener. Team Members are always Patient and Supportive. I can rely on Fast and **************** executed with Utmost Integrity. Team Members never finger point or judge for Customer Setbacks or Mistakes, their Professionalism consistently exudes Empathy and Understanding. Giving the Customer Satisfaction in Knowing that the Work Performed will Deliver, Guaranteed a Job Well Done :)

    The staff are almost invariably knowledgeable and super helpful. The one problem I've ever had was with technician who, after being unable to solve my problem for quite a while, said she didn't have time to keep trying because it was taking so long. I called back and got someone who was willing to take the time I believe the fact that the service is only available on weekdays is actually a net positive, They have no need to hire incompetents like Geek Squad does just to have someone who can anwser the phone.However, they really do need more staff on Fridays (so customers don't get backed up and have to wait until Monday for service) and on Mondays (to avoid the big backups of customers who had problems over the weekend.).

    I have been using this service for 4 years. Most recently after being locked out of my computer, I needed a full backup. Perfect service. In fact I could see the data from previous computers they still kept should I have needed it. Thanks for making my life easier.

    93 year old wanted to cancel HelpCloud as I don't use the computer. VERY DIFFICULT to cancel...one person tried to keep me on, then said someone else will call me back....2 hours later someone called and was STILL trying to keep my account going. VERY DIFFICULT to cancel. I truly think they are preying on elderly with this service!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!**********

Our main customer service team is unable to handle those situations. Because of this we give a window for a return call to be made to you to process that request.
