    I Cloud is a Life Saver in the midst of a storm created by a messed up computer. ******* took control of my computer that had many operating problems and worked through making necessary corrections. She then explained what had been corrected, reiterated counsel on what to do, AND NOT DO! to prevent future problems in terms that I could understand. We then discussed adding my wife to the account to resolved her issues. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND I CLOUD TO MAKE A MASSIVE FRUSTRATION GO AWAY AND REMAIN CONNECTED FOR ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS!
