      I ordered a landing pad and 5-piece slide that were shipped and received in the same box. It is too fast for my nephew who is only 3 and autistic, so we have tried to initiate a return. However, they order record shows that only the landing pad was shipped/received. Therefore, I cant do the return electronically. I have emailed the provided support address twice, utilized their contact form on the website. It has been a week and I have not received a response.

      I purchased this product onlineon November 15, 2022 for my god-daughter and her family for Christmas.

      The product arrived damaged (without adequate packing material) on November 21, 2022. I have tried contacting the company through their website

      November 28th - Your request (******) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

      Ordered a 5 pack and received a 2 pack. Customer service has not answered multiple emails.

      The customer reached out to us because he only received two slides of a five slide order. Orders that are larger than 4 slides are split into two boxes. He received one box with two slides, and the second box with three slides was delayed in transit by FedEx. We received notification today that the second box was delivered. However, the customer also reached out to let us know that the box and contents were damaged in transit. We have created a replacement order for the three slide segments that were damaged, and that order should ship in the next 1 - 2 business days.
