      One slide section broken within 40 days of purchase; poor quality. Stairslide will do nothing to honor the warranty. No reason is even provided for the warranty refusal; they just refer back to the 30-day return window (which i wasn't even asking for a return). Terrible company.

      One slide broke first day and I cannot get in contact with anyone at Stairslide for a refund for the damaged piece. I believe, if I’m reading it correctly, I can send back for a fee of 35.00 and get a 18.00 refund but why should I have to send back the broken piece at a cost of 35.00. I can send a picture. It is garbage. I want my 53.00 back. No answers 10 emails. No way of contacting them. Extremely disappointed.

      We were so excited to review our stair slide, but unfortunately it came cracked. We emailed customer service and they said they were sending a replacement part. It never came. *** reached out numerous times with no response. My kids have tried to use the pieces we have, but the landing is very abrupt and they hurt themselves. Very disappointed in this purchase and the poor customer service weve received.

      Id give 0 if I could!Was the #1 gift my kids wanted for Christmas. After the excitement of opening it my kids were both in tears within 5 minutes. We followed the guidelines on the website our stairs (12 total) are not that steep. One slide broke on first use for gradual end. My daughter was injured.Shipping to me was fine. Zero customer service, no number to call. 1 email address for support answered in order received.$35 return fee and charge shipping back to them.Been ***** no experience on social media and with friends and family. A child could seriously get hurt.
