    I purchased a pair of shoes and within 30 days the tread was completely gone. I can truthfully say I was not hard on these shoes! I did not take then hiking or on any rough environments. Just pavement and an office building. I tried right away to contact them and did not receive responses. Finally after pestering on their social media, I was shown they had a live chat service. I managed to get thru to someone there. Now they are saying it's been too long and besides, the issue is "normal wear and tear." It is unacceptable that they sell a shoe for $100 that can't last past 1 month of normal wear. They offered me a 15% discount off a new pair. So I can give $85 to have the same thing happen again. No thanks! I want a replacement for free. If it happens again, I want a full refund.

    Purchased shoes in November for Christmas gift. Read on line that company will extend return date for Christmas orders. Tried to return one pair of shoes January 3,but website said past return date. Tried to call company over 10 times. On hold for over an hour for all calls. Left email chats but no response. I need company to honor return for Christmas orders. This company advertised on ROKU and it’s a rip off. Have read several negative reviews about returns. I want to be able to return one pair of shoes for a refund but company won’t respond. Order ******

    I purchased shoes that I couldn't even get on my feet. I contacted them and told them I wanted to return my shoes and they sent me a label to return them. I returned them and they said they received them and issued me a refund on November 18th,2022. I never received the refund. I have been trying to contact them and have not been able to do so. It is order number 1009040.I would like my refund.
