    I never subscribed to this service and now I have this nonsense in my credit report. Although our credit is 750 and only one card, this increase and listing actually ***** your credit because credit is based on score and ability to pay which by having an additional $2000 + on your credit report can actually harm you on a personal or vehicle loan. This ***** ********** and disabled-retired the most because they usually are usually lower income even though their score is 780, it's also based on financial ability to pay. Now I have to file a dispute to get this removed. At least the only report to one bureau

    My apartment property management company recently added a sheet at the end of lease agreements called "RentPlus". To quote the exact text: It is a "credit building service" provided by Simplified Business Group LLC, also known as Rent Dynamics. Im very skeptical of things like this to begin with, but this whole situation is ridiculous, slimy, and predatory for gaining paid subscriptions. The biggest problem is that my apartment company requires the lease to be signed online. There is a problem with the software/website where I CAN NOT continue without signing this page even though there is a sentence that says: "Enrollment in rentplus is entirely optional and not a condition of this rental agreement." I do not want to sign this page and is causing a lot of work on my end. I am meeting with the manager in person this afternoon to try to sign it on paper. Everyone needs to be aware of this and not sign it. You need to be able to renew your lease without signing up for this. I WILL NOT sign up only to immediately cancel in order to not get charged for following months. Im sure even with the first free month, they take your address, email, info, etc. I dont want that. Its also BS that you need to give out your email and phone to leave a review.

    I did not enroll, agree to, nor sign up with Rent Dynamics/RentPlus. I want the ***** removed from my rent IMMEDIATELY!! Starting with January **** through the rest of the year! The charge was added without my knowledge. I was not informed. You should be ashamed of yourselves! You deserve no stars...

    I was subscribed automatically into this program via a renewal rental agreement with hidden verbiage. This should be an opt in program and not an opt out program. They do this to students that won't pay attention to details. I believe this is bad business and the company should not be used.

    Absolutely AWFUL! DO NOT USE THIS!!!! Its not a real bank, youre unable to actually make deposits or transfers; its absolutely a scam by a fake *********. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM PROTECT YOUR MONEY!!!

    I am so impressed with how easy it was to improve my credit score this year with their RentPlus product. I agree there was a little frustration at first when I tried reaching out to support for help on setting up my ID Theft Protection, but once I got that in place everything else was super simple.

    I subscribed to Rent Plus November 2020 to report on time monthly payments to the credit bureau. Recently, they sent an INNACURATE COLLECTION to the credit bureau stating that I owe $188 for a renewal fee that I DO NOT OWE & have a bank statement proving PROOF that I paid two days prior to the DUE date. I have contacted and emailed the company in regards to the collection & no one has responded. I have never been late on any ************** I have to go through the hassle of proving the collection is inaccurate. If this matter doesnt get resolved, I WILL seek legal action.

    RentPlus program changed the trajectory of my family's life. Added both a rental AND utility tradeline which increased my credit score by over 60 pts without having to take on a loan or additional credit cards. They even have a ******************* component and Budgeting/Planning tool you can use within the portal. This taught me what a Credit Score even means. All these tools empowered me to become the first one in my family to own property by purchasing my childhood home.

    My husband and I moved into a new apartment and were happy to learn that they offered RentPlus and The Advantage Program. We moved into the apartment with a plan to start looking for a home to buy as soon as our lease ended and RentPlus helped us get our credit in the right spot to buy a home. Then, The Advantage Program helped us save some money on closing costs once we found the perfect home!
