    Very fun and wholesome! Expensive though and the lines for food vendors were long so bring your own snacks

    This was a really great experience! Unfortunately, I was not able to do the entire time but made in time to be able to create my lantern and launch it. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. It was a really great way to spend quality time with family and friends. There appeared to be ample food and merchandise vendors. My daughter was able to get her henna tattoo, so she was happy?? I would definitely do this again!

    Very organized. Check-in process was smooth, food trucks and vendors were spaced well, updates and information were well communicated. Overall, very positive experience.

    I loved the event itself and the ambience at the National Harbor was a great location as I have never been there at night. The only downside was the parking situation as it took us 1 hr to get out of the parking garage due to large amount of crowds and road blockage. If this can be optimized for next year/time that would be great.

    Such a fun and beautiful experience we made it a yearly tradition ! Our new born baby boy enjoyed being outdoors and seeing all the lights and hearing the music. Youve really created a beautiful thing here bringing all these people together like this its always such a peaceful festival, definitely one of my favorites! I recommended it to all my family and friends! I Love love LOVE this festival ! Please keep up the great work we need more festivals like this. With all the crazy stuff going on now a days and all the electronics addictions its so nice seeing families and friends come together without worries and spend real quality time together, so thank you! Being able to see and feel so much love really warms my heart!

    This event was very special to our family. My husband and I had been arguing that week and everything was smoothed over by the good vibes. My kids (age 11 and 9) loved it, and so did my mother in law. The stories and testimonials shared were great, as was the meditation. And the lantern launch was very emotional and beautiful. Would definitely consider going again!

    The Water Lantern Festival was a truly lovely event! It made for a great date night so I appreciated the Date Night Special. I would definitely come again. The entertainment was okay overall and there seemed to be a decent variety of vendors available for food and merchandise. Navigating by car to the event was a bit confusing due to there being several other large scale events happening in town, Id put addresses to parking garages into the instructions guide as well because the address provided tried to take me to the vendor entrance. Overall, would go again and would recommend at least once for friends and family!

    This was a beautiful experience! This was my first time participating in an event like this and it gave a comforting feeling to know that youre surrounded by people with love and emotions. We know that everyone has a story but its truly beautiful to hear other people story. You never know who you might influence! The release was absolutely exquisite, very peaceful and the weather cooperated. Decorating and eating during the beautiful sunset and watching the lanterns glow upon the water late into the evening was really amazing. I dedicated mine to my mom (and did a past-present-future theme) and my boyfriend dedicated his to his grandmother. Thank you for this opportunity to remember those we love.
