      Fox Pest Spokane is a predatory business that excels at conning elderly homeowners into paying fees for services that are ineffective, and that's if ******** even shows up at all. When Fox Pest Spokane can't exploit the homeowner for money any further, they then attempt to extort them for large 'early termination fee'. They are scammers and are not an ethically run business. Fox Pest Spokane unfortunately ripped of my elderly mother for over $300 after lying to get her into an agreement. They showed up only once despite withdrawing this money over three months. Now Fox Pest Spokane is demanding another $250 they absolutely didn't earn. Fox Pest has almost 400 BBB complaints filed in just the last three years which you can read here along with their horrendous reviews. AVOID FOX PEST!

      Fox Pest Control was hired to eliminate a wasp nest for a quoted price. The technician sprayed then charged me double what was quoted. that was only the start of the problem. The treatment did not get rid of the wasps and only made them mad and swarming around the front door. I called for but they refused to send anyone out to help. They said it would be 2 days before they could send anyone. We hired a second company that that company took care of the problem. I requested a refund from *** and and they refused. **** is a terrible company and is shown by their star rating. This company should not be allowed to continue operating unchecked. They were terrible.

      Fox Pest Control has been the most frustrating, unprofessional company I've dealt with. I would never recommend them to anyone.The tipping point came after a rainout on July 15. I told the tech the radar looked bad and the clouds were rolling in. He said it'd be fine. I later found out he was summer help. I called to reschedule and was told it was "up to the tech." They promised to return if it rained, which it did. They came back on July 29, but just three days later, I got a text saying a tech was on the way for another visit on August 1. I paid for a monthly service, not two visits in 72 hours. I wanted to cancel, but after reviewing the contract, I saw that early termination would result in a $250 termination fee and would require me to ***ay all discounts.Every visit brought a different tech who had no idea what to do. I walked the first one through everything and gave clear instructions, including areas to avoid. I was told it would be saved in their system. It wasn't. Each new tech called me asking what to do.They also sent same-day texts with no warning. One visit was scheduled for a Monday, which I had marked off-limits. Since they don't give specific times, I had no idea if they'd arrive before or during my work.Customer service was awful. On August 25, I was on hold for over 15 minutes, only to hear that callbacks could take up to two business days. I pressed the new customer option and got someone instantly. If you are new, they will jump. If you are an existing customer, p***are to be ignored.When I inquired about future services, I was informed that none were scheduled at this time. Then the *** said I was on the books for May 2026. I never approved that. I made it clear I only wanted to try them for one season.Even after receiving written confirmation that my account had been deleted, I received another review request the next night, despite having asked not to be contacted ever again.

      Unreliable. I would make appointments and wait for them and they would never show up. The technician that did come by twice was very unprofessional. They are supposed to clean the eves outside and he said that was not in the contract. He went slamming out of my house at least once. They did not take care of the bug problem. I don't recommend them

      This company solicited at 9:30 on a Saturday night. I had no lights on at my door when he knocked. Although the marketer was polite, I did not appreciate the interruption at this hour that set my dog off inside (barking), woke husband who was recovering from an illness and have not had a response yet to (1) text and 2 emails to cancel upcoming appointment. I do not want to be involved with a company that aggressively markets, demands money upfront for a 18 month contract and a cancellation fee. Based on other similar experiences from customers, I do not want to do business with them and regret having answered the door at all.

      Fox treated the yellow jacket nest inside the door frame siding/wall outside of my house. When I called them, they said I have to give them my credit card info before setting up appt. They told me the price of $270 for this service and I think that's pretty high but I needed it because the bees were already inside my house and other companies were not available until few days later. When *** arrived, they went ahead and did the service without discussing with me and they did not ask for my approval. They charged me a hefty $270. They treated the nest by simply puffing d-fense dust into the siding. They limit the treatment to only two visits, that's it and if the bees come back, they said it's either you pay again or join their yearly service. I think paying another hefty $300 is ridiculous so I'm on my own. They wouldn't get rid of the bees inside the house that came from the nest outside. And they wouldn't seal the bees' entrance(s). They don't always respond to your concerns. Currently I have been monitoring the bees' activities, and I have sealed off the bees' entrances myself. I've armed myself with puffer and dust should they come back. Since they refuse to come back to continue the treatment, I'm not happy. I would give 5 stars if the company is above and beyond. This company isn't.

      Our sales person was canvasing our neighborhood and presenting Fox Pest Control services. ****** ******* was highly informed and discussed concerns and needs we had for our property. He generated a mosquito spraying plan for the year to address the severe infestation this years weather has generated. He is an excellent representative for the company.

      We have been customers for 3 years and alll of the technicians have been good! BUT ***** he is so knowledgeable and helpful and passionate about helping us Everything he said was in fact what occurred after treatment!! He deserves best employee of the year and a huge raise. Im not even saying this to be nice he deserves the praise! Thank you ***** and Fox Pest control for helping us out everytime!!!!

      Predatory business practices, unsatisfactory treatments, and shady salesmen who will tell you anything you want to hear. I was told at the time of agreement that they would come out to respray within ****************************** two weeks (it would already be time for the next spray.) I was covered in bites just a week after they had been here. I call to inform them of this and they tell me oh well in the contract we dont promise it will completely get rid of them and thats true. They dont have anything that protects you. They could kill one mosquito and call it good and youre stuck. I was never told it would cost $250 to cancel, so now I am stuck paying for a service I am extremely unhappy with. They do not let you know in advance when they are coming. I get a text 10 minutes before and I can not be home in that amount of time, therefore, my backyard (the part I care the most about) does not even get sprayed. No courtesy call is made to reschedule time to come back. Ive had to call back twice and then I was charged for it, and had to call back again to get that resolved. I understand mistakes happen, but it has been ridiculous working with this company. I have left multiple reviews, and no one from the company has reached out. At this point, they can just take my money stay away from my home. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I am convinced they inflate their reviews to hide the negative ones. If you do a ****** search, you can find several others reporting the exact same experience I am having.
