    I waited 17 weeks and still do not have my seat covers. Since week ********************************************* 2 at most. Then at week ************************ inspection and packaging so it could ship the next week. Then when I followed up it had not even been started yet. The stories are inconsistent. I finally requested a refund which takes a ridiculous ***** days. This place gets your money and does not deliver on what they commit to. I would never recommend them. I will update this when I see if I truly get my refund in *****days.

    I bought seat covers for two trucks. The wait is ridiculous- ended up taking almost a year to get them. HOWEVER- they were responsive when I reached out both times. I will say WELL WORTH THE WAIT! These are the best seat covers I have ever seen. I am so pleased with this company- they have made a customer for life. So happy to see a business that still cares about craftsmanship.

    Ordered seat covers over 5 months ago. Called and emailed after 3 and 4 months and was told running a little behind and hang in there. Finally cancelled order and asked for refund. Was told order was cancelled and refund forthcoming. Now over 30 days from cancellation and still no refund even though website says refunds within 30 days which was excessive anyway. Contacted **** to go after them. I think its a scam to use my $770.38 to run company.

    I ordered seat covers order # V68688 on 08/08/2024 aware of ***** week lead time. Contacted them in end of October inquiring the status of shipment and was told they were shipping in early November. Its now 11/25/2024 and I cant get an answer from the front desk on when I will receive this order other than we will leave a message for production and they will reach out to you. I just asked for refund because the only way the front desk can reach production is through email apparently. If I would have known this company was this poorly managed I would have spent my $800 dollars elsewhere.

    I have been trying to contact for vertex by email and phone no one ever calls back or response been trying to order seat covers very expensive but it states free shipping when I go to check out they charge shipping tried to get a hold of somebody to ask about it no one calls me back really haven't second thoughts of dealing with this company not sure if they're in business or not doesn't seem like very good customer service to me if you are trying to expand your business and I was so excited about showing the seat covers off too much friends I guess I'll try to find another place or just pay little more money to have my seats redone at an upholstery shop probably worth it

    Overall this product looks nice, however they said it was a 10 week lead time. It took almost 16 weeks for me to receive this product. Additionally, the "installation tool" was missing from the packaging, along with any installation instructions. Not even a note directing them to their youtube channel for partial installation instructions which are still lacking several important installation components (specifically removing and install the headrest adjustment button and the rear seat compartment components). When installing the product, the tie cord broke. I requested they ship replacement along with installation tool. They are not willing to ship the cord without sending them a picture of the back seat of my truck. Not of the broken product, just a useless picture of the back seat. I still have not received the installation tool them claim to provide. Overall, not worth the money and lead time. Won't buy again for any of my truck fleet.

    I concur with the reviews here. Ordered October with a run 5 weeks out according to them. Still no seat covers 11 weeks after ordering. They kept telling me it will be a week for a few times, and finally just ignored my calls. Chargeback initiated also. Not sure if they are a legit company or not, but either way they have no business selling products they can't make.

    DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM VERTEX OFFROAD! Placed an order on 8/7/2023, it is 12/30/2023 and STILL NO SEAT COVERS. I have called 7 times and they have never returned my messages and they NEVER answer the phone. I have disputed the charge with my bank card company and pray they are still in business for at least the next week so they can do a charge back and get my almost $800 back. BUYER BEWARE!!!
