    I would NOT order from this company. I ordered seat covers which cost nearly ****** dollars back in Aug of *************************************************************** November after complaining to them, they said they had their shipping problems fixed and I would be receiving my purchase shortly. It is now Christmas Day 2023 and I believe they have ZERO intention of completing this order, so buyer beware. If I receive the products anytime in the next two weeks which will be 5 months I will amend my review.

    Very disappointed in this entire experience. I placed my order on August 19th. Shortly after, I received a confirmation email, and it stated it would take ***** weeks. Kinda bummed since nothing was mentioned when I purchased them, only after the fact. I decided to give them some time, maybe they already had them in stock. I sent an email on September 1st stating I wanted to cancel my order. I didnt have 3+ months to wait. I received a phone call from them on September 5th; they stated they were actually doing all the **150 truck right now, and my order would be out the door in a week or less. I decided not to cancel since I was just updated with a new date that was very reasonable.Well, October passed, and when November hit, I started calling them. Option 2 (when you call) was to discuss current orders; well, nobody answered after leaving multiple voicemails. Finally, yesterday on December 1st, I got ahold of someone. The gentleman was very polite and put me on a brief hold after I explained everything. He comes back on the phone, and guess what?? He can magically ship my order right away. Since now this is sounding like a scam, I politely asked for a refund. He apologized and said yes, we can do that. I will process it right now, and youll receive an email right away. Well, I still havent received an email confirming my refund Looking into the company, this has happened to a lot of other people as well. 15 weeks is absolutely unacceptable and I still never got what I ordered or a refund.
