**** is a good representative and made my Tesla car repair quick and painless. Even when the quote was changed for more money in the middle of the repair at Tesla he had me covered again in minutes. Im so glad I paid for their warranty when I bought the car used years ago.

As a business owner myself. I can testify that finding any employee is hard to do. Finding a good employee is next to impossible. Finding a miraculous employee is simply a miracle. And you have two **** and *****. Ive only had to call three times to try and get this refund taken care of. Once I was told Id get an email I didnt get it the second time I immediately got it and the third time not only did I get the email, but I got returned calls And checking up. Best customer ********************** Ive ever experienced. Especially when trying to obtain money back. So I dont know who pays ****** and **** but you should give them a raise. 5 starsHello my name is ***** me and my Dad own an Automotive repair shop and we had the pleasure of working with Elite warranty. I delt with **** on the claims side and let me tell you when ever we have to deal with a 3rd party warranty compony we dread it if you own or work at a shop you understand why! However **** was great to deal with very easy straight forward person and made the prosses a breeze. Highly Recommend this company to anyone looking for a extended warranty for there vehicle!
