      Im had no issues at all while being with Elite Warranty and when I had to go about doing a GAP claim/cancellation, **** at Elite made sure I was taken care of! He was super helpful and kind throughout the entire process and Id highly recommend going through him if possible as h*** make sure he thoroughly explains your options and helps to find the best outcome for you!

      24/7 roadside assistance did not answer the phone at all. I called at least 20 times in one day and at first left a message then it rang and rang. No call back. Needed help with flat tire and was stranded!!! I called the number on the contract, 866------. I also called 801-908-----and the lady told me she only handled towing and to call the other number. Very frustrating. What did I pay $2999.00 for??????????

      We are sorry for your frustration. The *************************** has experienced some issues with their phone lines. Hopefully the issues have been resolved. If you had to get your own tow company to tow your vehicle, please contact Elite Warranty *** to receive a reimbursement up to the max ******** of your Roadside Assistance ********. You will need to submit a copy of your paid invoice.

      PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do yourself a favor and listen to my post. If all the terrible circumstances I have gone through with this garbage company can be for anything, I hope it is to prevent another honest customer from being duped by these charlatans! First off, if you read the fine print, youll see youre better off just paying for ************ than have to go through the hassle of dealing with Elite Auto Warrantys version of customer ********************** which is essentially a paid stooge meant to do everything they can to nickel and dime you from taking any responsibility for your cars repairs. If you read the fine print youll see that youll pay more out of pocket for their warranty than youd pay for the problem yourself. Take my first hand example as case in point: I paid about $2400 to have my car covered. The engine, transmission and other expensive miscellaneous parts. The warranty sounds great until you have to use it. My transmission unfortunately went out, I called this garbage company expecting a full repair. They stated that they only would cover up to $2k for a transmission replacement. Thats great if you drive a riding lawnmower, but for most cars on the road today, youre paying well over 2k for a transmission. I was upset but came to terms with their insanely insufficient $2k repair *** pay out. When I finally had the car repaired I was confused as to why they were only going to cover $1600 of repairs even though the transmission cost 4k to fix. Soulless insurance claims manager ****** explained to me they only cover the transmission and labor. They dont cover any of the hardware, new transmission fluid or other related costs to the transmission. So in my circumstance, I paid 2k out of pocket for the repair and they covered a measly $1600. And mind you I paid $2400 for the policy. They are still in the green about $800 from me, even though I made a transmission claim. Pay day loan companies have more integrity. Please go anywhere else.

      I am sorry that this customer is upset. However, ********************** paid for the used transmission ($669.13), new bolts ($24.39) and book time at a reasonable labor rate for the labor to replace the transmission ($945) for a total of $1638.52 (of the max ******** of $2,000). This leaves the customer $361.48 transmission ******** for any future transmission repairs. The contract states that the customer is always responsible for diagnostics, fluids, filters, taxes and all non-covered items. The customer still has ******** on the other covered items up to $3,361.48.

      **** provided me with the best customer ********************** he was just very helpful. He went above and beyond to make and help me understand my contract unfortunately for me, my contract was canceled due to a mess up on the car dealership and but he was happy to help me and refund me he even went the extra mile to help me take care of a few other things. He did a great job on explaining to me things about the contract that I had no knowledge about. I definitely recommend going through these guys. In fact, I have another gab claim open through these guys on my new car.

      Elite Warranty has been so amazing to work with! They are responsive, attentive, and fair with every customer and ********************** repair we have ever submitted to them. It has been a pleasure to do business with a company that still values their customers. In the few instances that management has needed to get involved, they have always been fair and our mutual customer has always been happy with the outcome. Thank you Elite Warranty!

      ***** at Elite Warranty helped me resolve a situation that I was having with an auto dealership here in ****************, ****. He was very knowledgeable and was easy to contact. He kept me informed as to what was going on and his expertise and quick follow up saved me over $1,000 in out-of-pocket expenses. I've been doubtful about home and auto warranties but this experience has given me new confidence in their value. **************

      I have operated my own car lot with Elite as my main Warranty provider for the last 5 years as of today i will not be doing business with them any further. My rep ** has always been amazing but when you call the management i was told they do not care about our mutual customer they would not cover his ********************** repairs and that my dealership was not good enough to do business with them. The manager even went as far as to yell and curse at me over the phone. unfair Warranty practices. I will now be spending any free time i have to go dealer to dealer and make sure they have all the facts on how this company does business

      Wow! The only truth in this totally unfair review is that his "Rep has always been amazing." This guy was neve told by management that we do not care about our mutual customer. That doesn't even make sense. And the truth is the customer did not have have a ********************** because this guy at the dealership Voided the contract and never paid Elite Warranty for the coverage. What he was asking Elite to do was to commit insurance fraud and pay for a failed transmission that had no coverage because this guy didn't pay for it. The customer's lienholder had paid the dealer for the warranty coverage in the financing of the car. But, this guy pocketed the money and didn't pay the warranty company for the coverage. 7 or 8 months later when the customer tried to use his **********************, he finds out he doesn't have a warranty. This guy wanted us to take the hit on this problem that he created and take no responsibility for it. I told him multiple times that Elite would "reinstate" the contract once the transmission was repaired and the warranty was paid for. Now, he wanted to pay for the warranty, but he wanted us to fix the transmission. All the ** about the manager yelling and cursing at him over the phone is 100% lies. Ask anyone who knows Elite, our reputation speaks for itself. This guy was the one that was cursing and yelling over the phone. And for him to throw away 5 years of great mutual business because he was too prideful to admit to his mistake that caused all the problems, just makes no sense at all.
