July 22nd- July 27th 2024 i was in contact with the sales team discussing a partnership getting daily/ hourly frequent responses from the team. Ordered the parts i wanted July 27th 2024, and was told its about 5 days for production and shipping.
between July 27th and august 14 I had sent 3 emails asking where my parts are. I hadn't gotten any response, until i had finally threatened a charge back and a BBB report. Finally i had received a tracking number on August 15th. the 21st of August came around and my package was still pre shipment! Then between August 21st and September 16, i had sent 2 emails, again no response. until another threat. the owner brandon had then told me he had started a refund and to give it 7 days to get put into my account. 2 weeks had gone by and no refund. i had then contacted the payment provider and opened a dispute. he responded on the last day remaining on the dispute saying he cannot refund because by entering my card number i initiated the transaction.
end of story, im out almost $400 and have not seen that money after months.Initial Complaint

Put in an order on February 21st of 2024, been messaging and emailing the business to get my last part. Being scammed out of money is irritating. Ordered a rear diffuser on 8/15/24. As of 9/26/24 my account was charged $181.99 on 8/15/24 but still have no product or any information whatsoever. An email was sent on 8/27/24 inquiring on the status of the product and Jake from the sales department assured me the diffuser was being finished by the end of the week and I would receive an auto email with tracking number and expected shipment and delivery date. No email was ever received, so another email was sent on 9/24/24 and was never answered. After reading almost of the reviews I should have never purchased anything from this company. Hindsight is 20/20, but how are they able to keep operating like this??? If I walked up to someone and stole 182 dollars from them I would get arrested and put in jail!!! I ordered my items from this company on may 23rd of 2024. I got an update that the shipping label was made on the 12th of June so I asked how long the shipping will be, they replied and said 3-4 days, I said ok I emailed again about 10 days later asking for an update on the package with no reply, then another email and another with no replies, I sent another saying I was frustrated with the lack of response in which they replied with a thread of the original replies, so I waiting another week or so with no replies coming after that with updates on my package, so on the 2nd of July I emailed saying that I was tired of waiting with no updates and that I would like the order cancelled and to be refunded, which again they never replied to. So the “order” in which I have been waiting for for 2 months came and half of it was missing and the only thing that came was incorrect, I emailed them saying that it was incorrect. On December 29, 2023 I purchased a diffuser for a 2022 WRX. Before receiving any shipping notification, I sent a message on Facebook messenger on January 4, 2024 to Brandon K*** after seeing his post on a WRX Forum on Facebook asking for brand ambassadors for his “aggressive diffuser.” I asked if I could switch the diffuser I bought with the aggressive diffuser. He said this would be no problem, it would just add a few days onto shipping, which I also agreed to. I received the diffuser on January 12, 2024 but it was not the aggressive ***. I messaged Brandon K*** on Facebook messenger the same day to let him know I received the wrong item. After not answering for a week, I messaged him again, to which he responded and asked for pictures. I sent the pictures of the diffuser on the same day and he read the message but never responded. I’ve read on WRX Forums on Facebook he has a history of doing this exact thing to every new car platform and preys on unsuspecting people.Initial Complaint

On 8/24/2022 I ordered a good from strafe design for 223.99. On 8/31/2022 they sent me a shipping label with a tracking number. On 10/10/2022 still says usps is awaiting package a send an email asking when the package will be shipped they respond. Months go by still says the same thing to this day that usps is awaiting package. I have sent numerous emails with no response.
I read that this company has been known for taking many months possibly over a year so I did not file a complaint until now as it was an ongoing process of waiting for this package. Now that I receive no emails or support back I am filing.Initial Complaint

Ordered side skirts from their website on April 1st. A week later I emailed them asking for an update to which they replied, "Your order is currently in production and on schedule to be completed in roughly a week. Expect a few automatic emails regarding the build progress - as well as tracking confirmation when it is shipped."
Then they added a tracking number that has not shown any activity, or that the courier had even received the package for shipment. I've left Instagram comments that get promptly deleted, DMs, emails, etc - but it seems like they're a shady scam artist.Initial Complaint

Hello, I have purchased 3 items from Strafe design 2011-2014 sti/wrx V1 side skirts, V1 Front splitter and V2 rear diffuser on 12/03/2023. They sent 1 package with the rear diffuser. However they never sent the side skirts or front splitter. I emailed back and forth with customer support and they assured me it would ship out and be delivered by March. Nothing ever shipped nor could they provide tracking. I was eventually ghosted and customer service has stop responding. I reached out on Instagram and they again tried to help me but this time they said it was lost and we're gonna refund my money after a 72 hour period. It has now been 4 weeks since that 72 hour period. Strafe design has again left me on read and is not responding. I will attach all conversations and what paperwork I do have.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase from this company back in early January and have yet to receive my package.
I have tried contacting them multiple times via
Email, phone, instagram and i have received zero response, and am later blocked on all platforms. I am not the first person to complain about this issue. Many others have complained as well and it’s about the same thing, I don’t understand how this company isn’t shut down. They are blatantly stealing people money and they have stolen mine and i will NOT stand for it.
I don’t want my product i want a full refund from the company.
