Purchased an online order from them June of 2022 that has not been received, shipped, and/or never even produced. Several emails have been sent to them since then regarding the order with zero replies or updates. Order was placed for “2015+ WRX & STI V1 Side Skirts” on August 18, 2023. I have emailed the company multiple times and all I have a received is that the Pre-shipment info was sent to USPS. I bought some parts for my car in early June ish. Part of my order came in a while ago but the 2 expensive parts have not. I haven’t heard from the company even after reaching out to them over and over. I have simply been asking them if they can give me any updates and they always had excuses. Purchased was may on May 7th, 2023 totaling $287.99 for a 2015 Front Splitter.
May 14 received an ail with a tracking number
Between May 23 and June 13, the item was never shipped. There are multiple emails with Strafe advising me that the item will be shipped in days and it never was. A refund request was made to which they agreed on June 13. From June 13th until now, I have never received a refund. I tried to contact them multiple times and they have stopped responding to my emails. I haven’t gotten my order from this company in over a month. Order the product on 05/15/23 and it’s 06/20/23. I’ve been emailing support and they been lying stating that the will ship it out and that they were waiting on some boxes for the last month and few days. U can even type in “Strafe design Reddit” on google and read all of the post made about this company and 99% is not good. Everyone that had ordered something from this particular company all getting the same excuse I have gotten from them stating they will ship it out over the weekend but then a month or 2 go by and no item yet. One dude haven’t gotten his item in like a year and he wrote about that on Reddit like 2 years ago. So I’m not sure why they still are in business or don’t make the effort fix it. I feel like u guys should investigate this company website and their business over all. They don’t state that shipping will take long for order on there website and they also don’t state that some of these item are made in house and it’ll take a while for it to come. If they would had stated that all would be good I don’t mind waiting and I wouldn’t be making a complaint against them but I feel like they deceived me and a lot of other people.Initial Complaint

I'm writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by Strafe Design in relation to an order I placed for canards for my VW GTI. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue, I have faced a prolonged period of unresponsiveness, delayed shipment, and false accusations.
I initially placed the order for the canards in January with Strafe Design. However, despite multiple attempts to contact them to inquire about the status of my order, I received no response. This lack of communication left me with no choice but to open a dispute with my credit card company in April to have the charges reversed.
In May, after my credit card dispute had been resolved in my favor, Strafe Design suddenly shipped the canards. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the trim pieces, which were supposed to be included, were missing. I promptly contacted Strafe Design to address this issue, but once again, my attempts to reach them were met with silence.
Furthermore, to my dismay, I recently received correspondence from Strafe Design disputing my chargeback with my credit card company and accusing me of being a thief. This unfounded accusation has not only caused me significant distress but has further damaged the already strained relationship between myself and Strafe Design.
Despite their false accusations, I have remained patient and understanding, still hoping to receive the missing trim pieces and bring this matter to a satisfactory resolution. However, it has now been six months since the initial order was placed, and I am still left incomplete, waiting for the missing parts.
I kindly request the assistance of the Better Business Bureau in resolving this matter. I believe that Strafe Design has displayed an unacceptable level of customer service and a lack of responsibility. I would greatly appreciate your intervention to ensure that I receive the missing trim pieces or, a refund for the entire order.
