    I shouldve look at the reviews. I ordered a diffuser and side skirts. Took 2 months for the diffuser to come and Im still waiting for the side skirts. Its been 3 months. With multiple emails and messages. Owner wont even have the decency to respond. This company is a rip off. Stay away if I were you. Take your business somewhere else

    Just like everyone else I got ripped off! After 7 weeks they sent a pack with the rear diffuser I ordered. Claimed the side skirts I ordered were in the same package. I did not receive the side skirts at all. I made a dispute with PayPal thankfully I paid through PayPal. They refunded me for my entire order. They threatened to send me to collections if I didnt pay in 7 days. I paid him for his diffuser and he admitted he didnt send the side skirts and settled for just the payment for diffuser. This guy is not nice, I feel bad for his family and the people around him. Dont order from strafedesign!!! It took 3 months to settle this

    Hi everyone,I sadly ordered parts from strafe design in march 2023. Few weeks later theyve sent me a tracking number, but after 12 weeks it still showed that the parts werent sent. *** tried to reach them multiple times (email, IG, FB, voicemail) and they never replied.After doing research on **************** I found that I am not the only one and that it is their common modus operandi. I just wanted to make sure it doesnt happen to you guys and atleast Ive learned from my mistakes.Be careful We work hard for our money!

    Same thing only got half my order, a promise to ship a new one then ghosted. Bank dispute dud nothing. He knows how to run a scam pretty good. What a ***.

    Ordered back in January and only received half of what I ordered. Replied to me once saying he'll ship the rest and then proceed to ignore me. Also agree with everyone else as to why he's able to get away with this for so long.

    I ordered with them some side skirt March 8 , received shipment label April 8 and have yet to receive any update on my item. When asked all they do is show you the shipping label created . Very bad company, stay away from their business .

    Absolute garbage. Dont waste your time. How someone has been allowed to get away with scamming customers for this long is ridiculous.

    Run !!Like anybody else here, order been placed since march 17th, did followup where they promised delivery the next day. **** pre packing status since March 31st and no more answer from either their support or service email adress.Scam !! Had to call the bank to reverse the transaction. *********************** can suk my D
